I love this radar and app But pls add PDS Tornado Warning and Tornado Emergency’s pls

Great response on notifications on weather

While not terrible, the app is slow, at times, and periodically logs the user out without warning.

I hate the way it is set up. It has two of the same info. The bottom one says you are currently watching the top one so what you see if only small cause I can’t get rid of the bottom info. I generally go to KBTX news and there go to the weather. At least it is full screen and I get the info I want.

Ever since the last update a few days ago the app will no longer open. Please help!!!

I like the app but it is horribly slow to open!

I enjoy using the app for local weather forecasts - probably the most accurate for my area. The only issue I’ve found with the app is that in every single video that is posted with sound (many are not), the audio breaks up and you can’t hear what the forecasters are saying. The sound gets choppy at points and you just miss what they are saying. I’ve stopped watching the videos because it gets frustrating. Probably need to look into a new microphone or sound card.

The app is actually pretty good I’ve used it for several years but this is were I’m going to sound like a hypocrite I do enjoy being able to get alerts relevant to my location but this is where I’m taking issue my phone informed me that the app had tracked my location 178 times over a 3 day period and to emphasize this let’s say hypothetically Texas was under water and the beacons are a path I could walk from my home to college station without getting my feet wet

I like the app, the notifications, and the ease of access to updated weather video discussion. I do miss being able to easily find the weather commentary/summary text that used to be at the bottom. One now has to click around to find it amongst the links at the bottom. It would be nice to get a basic summary of the day without having to watch an advertisement and video or poke around to find it, like it was for years. My suggestion/request is to put the text summary back on the main page at

More accurate than Our local radar!

The temperature comes up quickly but the videos take several minutes to load. I used to keep the weather page up from the website continuously and just refresh and that happened pretty quickly, some days I think about doing that again but some days I am happy with the app.

The previous app that disappeared from my phone and forced me to download this one was much more concise and much better.

The past 6 months the whole app and especially the radar map function is very glitchly. I have to close the app multiple times before it starts to work correctly. The radar often doesn’t show up or when it does it flashes on and off quickly making it difficult to use. I use the app all the time, but I’m tired of the app not working correctly. I’m using the Weather Channel app until they fix the issues!
