KFC US - Ordering App App Reviews

Not sure if it doesn’t translate right from the app or the associates just aren’t doing their job right. I know for the store I go to it’s best to not use the app.

I really do love the app and it won’t let me log back into it and so I need some help logging into the app please help me out thank you

This app messes up more than any app I’ve used. Buttons are at the extreme bottom of the screen, which doesn’t scroll, and are unclickable. I ordered delivery but after submitting it changed it to pickup with no option to cancel. Horrible app. Just use website.

This app works about 50% of the time. I can’t tell you how often I get the “Oops” screen trying to change locations, etc

Both my husband and I have this app and we can’t get the rewards to redeem. We have tried multiple times.

Once this is updated to register purchases at the restaurant then I will change my rating. Also need to allow to choose the chicken pieces when ordering a 3piece combo for example. I prefer to order 1 breast and 2 wings and there should be a option for this. Also add to either enter a code from the receipt when buying at the restaurant to also earn rewards points.
