Very good app to use

Needed question about our luggage and the young lady who helped was such a pleasant person. It’s really important when you talk to people that are nice to you.

Firstly a big thanks to all the hard work and I’m sure many hours the dev team and others at KLM have put into the app. I find the UX generally simple—as an airline app should be—and pretty user friendly. But one bug myself and wife on separate devices and accounts have encountered regularly for some time now is the incorrect message that we must checkin at the airport. While scanning your passport an ad for rental car pops up. When you finally remove the ad and place the passport where indicated, the app reverts to previous page, so you don't know if the scan was successful.

I’m still getting notification alerts from this app for promotions, despite disabling it in the settings. 👎

I have no issues, bought tickets on the app . Cancelled the ticket, changed seats. Great app all over . You can add service easily and cancel it .

I fly KLM transatlantic at least twice a year and although their actual flights are worth picking their app is a disappointment. It randomly lets me not check in online and other times it does (always for the same service LAX - AMS) without an explanation. Also it’ll randomly “forget” my already verified and saved Global Entry TSA precheck and Passport information). Very disappointing and I expect better from KLM. (like I was OUTSTANDING performance!!) 😛

Can no longer sign in to flying blue on this or the Air France app. It just takes the user id and then says there is a technical error. This has happened before and is happening again after the latest update.

Not very user friendly. Does not integrate across the code sharing partners except Air France. Cannot get seat assignments, cannot upgrade.

Most common message in this app is “Something went wrong…”. I hope nothing goes wrong with planes, because the app is far from reliable.
