Scanner in App terrible.

While scanning your passport an ad for rental car pops up. When you finally remove the ad and place the passport where indicated, the app reverts to previous page, so you don't know if the scan was successful.

Cannot disable promotional notifications

Great service

I have no issues, bought tickets on the app . Cancelled the ticket, changed seats. Great app all over . You can add service easily and cancel it .

Does not log in

Can no longer sign in to flying blue on this or the Air France app. It just takes the user id and then says there is a technical error. This has happened before and is happening again after the latest update.

Please hire someone who uses the app

Not very user friendly. Does not integrate across the code sharing partners except Air France. Cannot get seat assignments, cannot upgrade.
