Booked Fast Track service at Ho Chi Minh twice with experience of 1- No one was there to meet us as contracted for getting through Immigration 2- 2nd time for pickup had to wait 15+ minutes for car and no offer of help with luggage. The Klook operate airport was rude. Talked sh:t about my impatience but my wife understood Vietnamese.

I first heard I could get extra discounts by googling “Kubonus Klook”, maybe that still works, so it is worth a try before booking. With Klook I prebooked wifi, airport transfers and attraction tickets in Taipei and Seoul and everything was confirmed instantly. Prices were lower than buying on the spot and vouchers were easy to redeem. The app layout is clear, reviews help to choose tours, and customer support replied quickly when I changed a date. Enjoy!!
