The support received when I recently travelled to the Netherlands was awesome. I had trouble getting my eSIM setup and the chat help assisted me greatly to get connected.

I am traveling around Europe and Kolet is my best buddy. Easy to top up and when you have problem just restart your phone.

Super great connection in Paris. By far the best UX I’ve seen for an eSIM. Sharing data with a loved one is a super cool feature too!

I was having a few issues and contacted support via WhatsApp. They replied immediately and helped me sort out where my configuration was wrong. Very impressive service and support. I also love that unused data can be converted to credits to use in the future and don’t expire for 3 years.

Sooo cheap. Way better than actual sim. I had no clue about this app I was planning on buying a real sim when I got to Poland and the Czech Republic but this was SOO much easier! And cheaper ;)

I had not used an eSIM in several months and forgotten to some of the steps, but it turns out that I had a new phone and needed help from customer service. I received it very promptly via text and I’m all sorted now I have used this company before and everything works perfectly when I’m in the foreign country.

Kolet is a great way to get data connection when traveling abroad. It is easy to install and you can limit what apps to use to data. The help is always there. With the help I get familiar with the way to use it only for the apps I need when I am traveling and when I need them, so I used very little data I purchased and was able to convert the remaining data to credit at the end of my trip. I will certainly use it again for my next travel abroad.

Excellent service at an affordable price. The app offers a global service that seemingly keeps you connected to home. My local phone service could not match this eSIM app. Will not use any other app for phone connection abroad. 10 out of 10. All my friends are recommending it and it did not disappoint.
