Kompanion Intermittent Fasting App Reviews

I have used the app for over 4 months and love it. I have lost 20 pounds but gained it back over the holidays. That isn’t my concern but I wanted to know what happened to the meal log? I was using it and it was great but it isn’t showing up anymore. I liked that it had a calendar and everything so I want it back.

I like all the resources the app gives you on fasting and healthy choices but honestly your paying $13 for a timer. You can’t even log/ track your work outs or meals .

Nowhere did it say it was going to cost so much money to use this app until the end of the personal data questionnaire. It would have saved a lot of time and frustration. If it had said from the beginning you are going to pay $200+ for this.

Fair! Thought idhavemore support for types of foods and how much and what kind ie: protein % fruits and vegetables% dairy% And calories to take in! Maybe its in the program but I haven't found it so am looking outside the program.

I’m not paying you money so please get rid of the ad that’s constantly begging me to subscribe.

I’ve been using this app for a while and I like it. But I am going to delete it because every time I open the app. I see the subscription modal. Are you trying to annoy me into subscribing??? I wish this would change. Also, you have no siri integration or shortcuts. Bummer

La aplicación a sido bastante eficiente, pero podría ser mejor si no hubiera que pagar Para recibir información.

I’ve been using the app for about a week or so and I’ve already noticed a difference! I love the accountability it gives me! The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because while it is free all you get to use is the timer basically. I wish even the free version you could see the stages and what your body is doing while you’re fasting.

I like that it lets me use the fasting timer and water tracker without a paid subscription. And I get that everything costs, but it would be nice to see my weekly weight loss goal instead of just the end weight goal.

I can’t really rate this yet, as I just started. I’m happy to write a review once I have more knowledge.
