A Top-Notch app
I highly recommend this app. The interface is simple and effective. The IAPs are very good and worth the price. I really liked the Far North and Halloween IAPs. This app is well-made and has a lot of polish. It’s one of my favorite synth apps now.
App not loading when using AUv3.
This is a really good app, and l use it every time on GarageBand, but right now I'm experiencing an issue with Module Pro not being detected in AUv3. I'm currently using the app on my iPad Pro 12.9 5th generation on iOS 18. Every time I load my song in GarageBand and attempt to use AUv3, it would tell me that Module Pro isn't installed on my iPad, despite literally having the app on my device. I restarted my device, deleted the app, and reinstalled it, hoping that it would resolve the issue, but
SsT function is unfair to existing customers
new SST function of perfomance expansion,is not available for old buyers, for new buyers only.I do not think it’s fair to those already own this module. please update for existing customers.
Good practical app
This weekend I’ll make a lot of money by setting up my main rig for a wedding reception and then playing the ceremony with a midi controller, korg plug key, this app on my phone and an amp. The other choice would be to play my 61 key synth for the service but considering the tunes I need to play, that’s not practical. I’m to old to lug an 88 key Nord back and forth through a crowd. I’ve played several gigs with nothing but the korg app and the above. Korg plug keys aren’t easy to come by but if
Excellent instrument sounds!
Excellent instrument sounds in a resource light wrapper!! My only “issue” are some of the default settings. For example, I highly recommend the Premier Cello IAP, but it’s default ADSR do not do it justice. Make some adjustments to the Attack and Sustain and you can get some beautiful realistic sounding bowed cello sounds. KORG Module Pro may well be the best set of 3rd-party instrument sounds available on iPadOS. If I could only have 2 instrument plugins, they would both be KORG. Module Pro and
Great App!
I am very impressed! After my Nautilus missed a Delta flight this week, I decided to duplicate our entire show using Module with AUM for splits. The sound quality was easily on par with the Nautilus (of course, the Nautilus is far deeper). I can't wait for the day Korg expands the app's split/layer capabilities!
Suggestion
Need to have the Split and Layer function working together at the same time
Great Korg piano sound, but won’ install on Apple Silicon Macs
Several other instrument synthesizers that were originally designed for iPad and iPhone now run on Apple Silicon Macs, greatly simplifying MIDI music live performances and MIDI music performance recording. This paid Pro version of Korg Module ought to be just as versatile to run on MacOS as our more complex symphonic instrument synths and pipe organ synths.
Solid company
This app falls in line with the rest of their products… it’s a great value. Every company has its limitations on what it can offer at a certain price without going upside down, I’d say Korg has managed that well and continues to roll out products that are a good buy.
Korg is a solid. Whether it’s a guitar pedal, 12 track recorder or a synth, they’ve all been built with a value I’ve appreciated. You get a lot for your money. I’ve had zero issues with anything Korg and I’ve been happy with my
Why is it crashing after ten minutes?
I love this app when it is working. I use a usb midi controller through aum with all the normal attachments, but recently the app has been crashing about once every 10 minutes. When it crashes, aum crashes, and all my apps crash. Very annoying. Aum's load monitor doesn't show any strain, so I'm not sure what's going on.
Pure Acoustic Piano! 💯
Love ❤️ the ambience sound effects‼️💥Powerful💥
KAPro expansion packs gone
This app is awesome. I paid for 6 KAPro expansion packs that recently disappeared. KAPro has the most realistic sounds worth every penny. Now they’re just gone I’m not happy. What’s the deal? Update: App Store and Korg helped me fix my problem. Works like a dream. Thank you!
The absolute best.
Every and anything piano in a single app. It's got expansions for more modules and keyboards.
Loading problems
After latest update I am having loading issues in Cubasis 3. Update: Thank you developers for your quick fix on this issue.
In-app Recording functionality
This app continues to improve, but I’ve noticed that whenever I try to record something, and then save it to an exterior app (other) it crashes and then I lose the entire recording. It’s that simple.
Great app
For me, this is one of best sounding pianos on the iPad, especially when tweaking the effects a bit on the Ivory piano.
Would give it five stars, except …..
I purchased 4 expansion sound packs ,loaded them onto my iPad but when I went to install them on another device, you can’t do it unless you purchase them again.
2 Negative User Reviews for KORG Module Pro
current version not holding purchases
feb 4/26 since the most recent update, Module Pro does not retain my purchases and i have to restore them every. time. help! i've deleted and reinstalled the app, it still happens...... help!
Disappointing
The stock piano sounds are underwhelming and inferior to any decent portable stage piano. I downloaded a trial of the Ivory piano expansion but it never showed up in the app, even after downloading it twice. There also doesn’t appear to be drawbars to adjust the organ patches. I guess you need to buy an expansion pack for that.
I am annoyed that I spent $20 on an app that is so limited. The organs and EPs are much better in Apple’s Logic for iPad. Logic is more expensive, but it provides the c
