Ever since I had to update the app it’s been slow and laggy. My cart keeps deleting.. it was so much better before I had to update it. My app is so weird now.

Could you add a way to favorite items so that it is easier to add them to a grocery list?? That would be amazing!!

Why is it so difficult to add things to an existing order?? I have added things several times, and it SAYS added to order, and yet I never get the added items. I use Walmart’s app and add things all the time with no issues. I’m assuming I’m missing something like a final confirmation, but seriously it shouldn’t be that hard to figure out, and if it says “item added to order,” it should be added!!

As a regular curbside pickup customer, I appreciate the ease of the app, but I have two requests… add a ‘save for later’ option, and PLEASE return the ability to enlarge images (since I can’t enlarge ingredient lists on mixes, I don’t know what else to buy, so have been forced to order elsewhere). I’d prefer to do all my grocery shopping at Kroger, but these are big kinks in an otherwise great system!

Used to have a lot of glitches that would break it so much that it was unusable, but it works like a dream now. Very rarely ever have issues anymore. Great app, easy to navigate, saves lots of money. Thanks!

I use this app weekly but can’t check out when I’m using my iPad because the cart icon is missing since the last update. I select “pickup” and add items but can’t open cart or select checkout. I’ve restarted the iPad and deleted and reinstalled the app but it still doesn’t work.

The app makes me login every day even though I have the checkmark box saying remember me and keep me logged in. I’m not sure why this is happening but it’s annoying.

I need you guys to put a feature on this app where you can enter your Kroger number to get points from your purchase.

Needs a few fix's Keeps changing location after it's set

I love this app because I can fill my medicine with it. At first I didn’t know how, but I figured it out and it’s better than using that machine. I have a lot of medicine so I try not to call the actual pharmacy to fill it. I feel like I take up there time that could be spent on something else, so I try and limit my calls as much as I can. This has helped so far. I just started using the app so hopefully I have good luck with it. I have so far. I have done filled one of my meds through this app.

Overall….very good app. Couple of issues: Regarding the last update, I can no longer sign in with Facial Recognition (I have looked everywhere in my account to reactive that feature) and I find the app to be a bit slower and skips and sticks more now than before the update

I use the app every time I go in the store, to make lists and find items for sale. I also use it constantly to keep up with my prescriptions. For a week or two now, every time I log in to “My Prescriptions” it forces me to receive a text to enter a code to log in, even though I click “remember me” every time. This is getting very tiresome. Can y’all take a look at that issue please? Thanks.

Wish there was a way make a favorites so products/brands you order over & over could be saved.

The constant updates to the app are infuriating. It deletes all my filters and sometimes my shopping cart. As soon as I fix all that and figure out where everything is moved to on the app, it changes again! I gave it 2 stars because it didn’t always do that.

There are nice features like scanning barcodes but why does that open a browser link vs. a page in the app? Aisle location is also nice. But I find the app bloated and slow, simply too much of what I don’t need and not enough of what I do. How many savings options does Kroger need? and thanks for the 4x savings on frozen food that looks identical to the 4x Friday coupon. WTH, it just screwed me out of fuel points. Pick an other color developer!

The app is very slow. It’s unresponsive when I start it. I can’t type letters to search until each letter is searched for. If it didn’t end up giving helpful information it would almost be unusable.

The actual store map is annoying. You should make an option to close it and then be able to shop by aisle. The map blocks the shop by aisle feature.

I’m not sure what genius decided to change a working and functional app to this garbage. I have to now waste time navigating to the cart from the top right menu because some developer ruined the user interface by changing the bottom right cart button to a lists button instead. Additionally, it is absolutely stupid to require a user to click on an individual item to navigate to its dedicated page to be able to add it to the cart, versus how it was before (just clicking “add to cart”).
