I love this game but it has been glitching soooo hard lately and and I cannot reach the app developers for help. They have a pre populated FAQ but their feedback link is just a n endless loop that leads nowhere. I’m losing hundreds of coins because of it. I have screenshots to share as proof and nowhere to send them. My Kryss score has suffered tremendously and there’s no point in playing if every two weeks when another glitch occurs, you lose two weeks of progress. Very disappointing.

I can no longer start new games with my opponents. The game shows the invitation being sent to the other player but no game board is actually created. Fun game to play though.

The game is ok, interesting to play… But, it keeps telling me it’s my turn, I go to the game and it’s not my turn, it’s very annoying PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE

But games cost too much not worth it if you ask me

What’s going on? !!! I’ve had three or four games now that don’t make sense. Playing with multiple letters the same (four P’s!) and no place to put them. Have 3 letters in my rack that don’t fit anywhere! Played someone who never took their turn but I lost points when she/he timed out. Something needs to be tweaked because the “unfair button” is about to be pushed!

Love the game but very glitchy. I know they’re going through some server upgrades but it’s painful at times. They were great at gifting me 20 games when many disappeared during a glitch. I would like to see a way to earn more free games without inviting friends or advertising on Facebook.

This is a fun and addicting game. I do pay for the “no ads” because otherwise there are way too many ads to enjoy the game. Also, it’s still quite glitchy with as long as it’s been out. Definitely a low budget app, but still fun. Just wish they’d spend a little money and fix the glitches.

5-10 every 3 months would make sense for a game like this that is very buggy and has multiple times left my games incomplete or disappear. No tutorial and the ai bot bugs multiple times. I paid for the 10 ad removal just to check it out and I regret it

Liking it so far but wish it was easier to earn more game boards.

I really like this game a lot but it has lots of problems. The game will stop working in the middle of a match. There are tons and tons of ads that play in between plays ( I prefer the fast pace mode) which locks the game up and makes it crash. No notifications when it’s my turn ( yes I have allow notification turned on). There’s no option to get rid of ads permanently. I paid for a monthly subscription and that totally wasn’t worth it.

The game is fun but lots of issues. Like everyone has said you don’t get enough boards each day so you can’t play as much as you would want and it is buggy and crashes a lot. For a few weeks I was allowed to watch ads to get game boards every 5-8 hours but now we are back to only 3 every 24 hours. 😫

The game itself is really fun and a great idea, so much so that I’m fine with all the ads, but I hate that you only have so many times you can play and you have to wait almost a whole day just to play another game! I wish it was like SongPop where you can play whenever as long as you don’t have too many current games. Why would I download a game that I can barely play?? Defeats the whole purpose! I might as well download a similar game

Fun game but hard to get boards to play. I don’t mind watching an ad to receive a board but it’s been close to 48 hours since I’ve been given that option

I enjoy this game but sometimes they have some very offensive words that shouldn’t be used. I’m not certain why but it almost seems like the creators use this opportunity to offend people with terms that are offensive and sometimes discriminatory.

Love this game and invited my dad and boyfriend to the game and I didn’t receive my game boards:( says you can get 5 and sometimes even 10 per invite :/

Is it my phone and iPad or is it the game? Many times I'm unable to finish a game because the screen goes black and I never get that game back. I love the game and it gives me much pleasure as I'm homebound and you can watch just so much TV.

The game locks up whenever someone sends me an invite to play, cannot accept or decline the invite. Find such so unfortunate. If no one sends me an invite can seemingly play “forever”. Haven’t really figured out a work around other than complete phone reboot, app refresh, and similar…annoying.

Love the game but it the ads. So many ads! And the amount charged to have no ads is the most I’ve ever seen a game charge. Ridiculous!

First off you won’t get 10 games for inviting a friend. Second they make this game very difficult to play. It is very unstable. Too many ads! Hard to find players to play with because clearly people give up and move on due to frustration. However when the game actually works it is fun. Enjoy those times!

Love the game. Great concept but I hate watching the ads. It slows down the game and are really annoying. Would be great if there were a buy-out option.

The ads freeze my phone. Then I lose the game. It would be fun if not for the non stop ads.

It says you’ll get 5 game boards if you connect your FB so I connected my Facebook and the game boards still haven’t been given to me!

I did like this game for about a day. I keep getting a message that I’m out of game boards yet I only have 3 games going? Yesterday I had maybe 8 games going at once? Very confusing.

Love this game. It’s one of my daily games. BUT the bugs are “killing” me. It freezes up, goes black screen, glitches out and just closes out of nowhere. Please fix these.

This game is fun and addicting but such a waste of time. There are no free games and no daily refills, you must watch an ad to play a free round and then there is an ad after almost ever turn.

The game is fun, but it freezes and won’t let you continue the game. Some of the pictures are so small it’s difficult to see what they are.

I love playing this game but hate the ads!! Is there any way you can offer a one time fee to remove ads! I can’t afford a $10.00 a month fee to remove the ads!!

Many of the ads that play I can’t close at the end because the x is in the top right or left corner. It doesn’t work with my iPhone 13. I have to close out and restart the app! I love this game please fix the ad issues!

The game is fun. But the interface is buggy. It won’t let me turn off sounds and other such options that have toggles. Mostly though, I really wish there was an option to do solo games.

It’s a great brain game. The main negative issue is when a pop-up add freezes the screen for hours.

Quick play doesn’t work right

I love the set up of the game. It’s better than a typical crossword, but I’d rather play alone than head to head. I’m also not interested in the ads

Love the game but it frequently just goes black mid game. Frustrating to be halfway through a game only to have to start over with a new board . Great game but please fix the glitch

Who do I talk to about losing a game because my board froze? When I went back to the quick match game you gave the win to my opponent. I want to have that loss taken away and my game board returned, please. Otherwise I love this game.

Fun game needs some bug fixing. All the ads cause the app to freeze which then makes my phone freeze up. Had to delete it off my phone. Fix it and I’ll definitely re-download it.

This is a GREAT game, challenging & fun! The bugs, glitches, freezing issues etc will drive you crazy trying to play. When it takes 5 minutes to play a 1 minute round on each and every one of my devices, it’s time for some fixes.

Challenging and fun but way too many ads.

Glitches out and developer is non responsive. I purchased a large bundle of coins but while I was charged my coins never loaded! I reached out to the developer and they DIDN’T answer.

I really love this game but it is so laggy and freezes my phone up so often that I’ve decided to delete it. It’s unfortunate. On top of it freezing and taking a lifetime to load, there are a ton of ads that get frozen also.

I love this game. My only issue is that quick play keeps freezing so I’ll have to force close the app resulting in a forfeit and a lost board.

I love this game but it continually freezes up before the game is complete. Then I cannot go back to the game to finish it! Very frustrating!
