KSAT 12 Weather Authority App Reviews

I can no longer see radar a couple of hours into the future using the KSAT weather app. The only option I have is the last 24 hours ending with right now-this minute. When I looked in settings, it didn’t give me an option to look at say, the next couple of hours to see if it’s gonna rain so I know to pack an umbrella. In other words, this app is almost useless to me now and I will be using others so that I can find a current radar. Is there something I’m missing? Something obvious that I can’t

I’m here and there. I have two babie grandsons, so it’s there tv at home. Mine is this app that keeps me informed as such activity’s around San Antonio.

I only use this because it has the best information for local weather. You can’t trust the computer generated apps. But the widget a has to be replaced every night. Please fix this! Thanks!

For the past week the weather update videos will not run on my iPad or iPhone. Both are running the latest OS version 17.3.1. I hate it when developers update apps and break more functionality than they fix.

Why no radar future view? Ty

On my iPhone 13PM the widget I set using this app continually crashes and closes. I'd give 5 stars if this was fixed. I like seeing the hourly forecast on my home screen, but this app doesn't stay open more than a hour after I add a widget.

This app is right on. If I want to see what the weather is going to be for the day this is the number 1 app.

Do not like slider.

The lightning data on the map doesn’t display even though there is lightning occurring. Please fix.

The latest IOS update is causing glitches with the KSAT widget. The temperature only shows as three dots instead of the number, almost as if it’s too wide now for the space, and any KSAT widget disappears randomly and needs to be re-added each time.

I don’t know why they changed the app but ever since they switched over to this new version it is HORRIBLE. the old version has way better functionality. I hate having to wait after a random ad that I can’t physically skip because the button won’t work before the weather update. I also can’t turn off the captions on the videos which get in the way of the actual video. Everything feels so clunky and way worse than before. Hire a new app designer and interface designer PLEASE. I used to love this app. But recent updates have made me feel like maybe I should switch. When you go to forecast update you can’t even read the forecast. Every time you touch the screen anywhere on the page to scroll through the forecast it pops up with adds. Makes it impossible to view the forecast. I even deleted the app and added it back. Same thing. Sorry ksat but unless you fix this soon I am moving on.

While the app itself is not difficult to navigate, every time I add the widget to my home screen, it disappears within a couple hours. Is there a fix for this?
