Recent update made it harder to post comments, doesn’t work well with iPhone. Let’s get that fixed. Everything would be great.

The new Daily Brief notification in all caps every morning means I turn off all KSL notifications. Which is too bad because I don’t mind the breaking news or occasional interest story notification

I go to Ksl for my news daily. I like that Ksl is sharing national news, not just local news. Well done.

Pop up videos are of the devil. You can't simply read an article without fending off pop up videos and dodging outsized ads. I'm deleting the app. I can't take it anymore. Editing to add: this is my favorite local news source, I understand they need to make money to operate, but I'm drawing a personal line against pervasive video, ads, and media. Don't people just read anymore?

The comment section is hard to make sense of. The replies don’t indicate who is replying to who after the first reply to a comment.

I see things happen around town and look at KSL for days but find no nees on it.

I like the on the spot updates of the news. It keeps me well informed of the latest happenings!

Maybe it’s my location but never a for sure connection. The problem is most like;y mine but it still gets under my skin at times:)

It’s really easy to use but sometimes it doesn’t work and if I want to look at the news I hav to restart my phone.

You are doing a great job. I keep learning news about our state, counties, and cities. You pass on the nation’s news developments to keeps me informed. However, when one passes on to others a news story, the heavy responsibility of checking the facts about the original story for reporting is even a greater burden . No one should ever pass on a report that reads… undisclosed sources. They are usually invented news. I hope KSL is not passing on to me, any news reports that are not true or news bia

You need to review old news stories with Noose, Welty and James to see how it’s done, instead of just being woke !

I like reading news from KSL to mostly stay up on local news. The app isn’t updated very often and continues to carry pretty old news.

Old stories stick around too long. No new news

I find that KSL News is so much like CNN or MSNBC. it no longer holds to the middle ground or on the conservative side. Even comments that are posted favor the views of KSL and not the general public. I have submitted many editorial comments and non-get posted.

I trust KSL and I have for many years. However, this weather app is really glitchy! Anytime you try to fast forward or back up the video, the entire screen moves or it reboots to the very beginning and makes you watch yet another ad before you can look at it again. The news cast is more ads than news. Unfortunately I have had to turn to other sources as KSL has just become so full of commercials with very little actual news. I used to like KSL and it seems both media formats that you have moved to far to the left. Will have to find a more neutral news channel

I wish KSL would write about Utah State Basketball more. Two weeks in a row the Aggies won, and Utah and BYU lost. There was not an article this week. It was a huge win for the Aggies because it secured their #1 spot in the Mountain West, but not a word on their game. But there were more than 1 article on the Utes and BYU, and they lost that week! There are other teams besides those two. 👎🏻

The app just stops when it attempts to play ads. I tried to report this, but it tells me I need to ad my email address to do so. My email address is in there, so yet another bug…yet I still can’t report it to them. Definitely needs some work!

KSL is clearly biased in reporting politics. They single out a liberal politician and promote their every move to give them free advertising. KSL is also quick to report anything to do with the queer community, which is counter to the culture that KSL should represent. Ralph

Sometimes it’s the old format. Sometimes it’s a new(?) different format showing a weather bar and a side scrolling bar for news stories. There’s no rhyme or reason to when it switches. Sometimes it’s multiple times a day. Happens to both our phones.

I don’t like the new format. I don’t like the continual focus on sports.

Way to controlling on what they allow to be posted in the comments section. More than half of my comments never show up and they meet all the guidelines. They will go in and remove comments to make the whole conversation look different. I’m not surprised. They’ve been trying to control a narrative for a long time now.

My ksl news is all of a sudden showing up with dark background and white lettering. I go to settings snd it shows “dark mode” but I cannot find a way to change it. I tap it snd there’s no response. Help!
