The competitor’s app drove me away with commercials that were nearly twice as loud as the broadcast. I’m officially a KSTP guy now.

The new update is too busy- too much to scroll through just to get to the weather, and the radar is terrible! Separate from just the regular weather & the interactive map is too sensitive and messy to use. Please go back to the old form. I don’t understand these updates on the layout. The old idiom- if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it!

I like the app but the old version was easier for me to understand and know what is coming ( for storms ) the interactive radar from before helped a lot too

This App deserves a minus rating. My efforts to stream the MN Girl High School Hockey have been fruitless. The App sends me into a circular route similar to the film GOUNDHOG DAY. In addition the App is compromised by directing visitors to misleading links that are unrelated to the desired content

Lot of, lot of, lot of, lot of advertising

KSTP has been my go to channel in the Mpls area for many years. Living in the North woods has its benefits, when I want to know what is happening in our area, our state, you folks provide that information. Keep up the excellent work, I really appreciate your service.

I find the online radar weather report helpful.

Why does the closed captioning always appear on the screen? There is no way to make it go away, even when using the subtitle button on the remote. Also, get an error message occasionally saying “Error: video cannot load” so you have to close the app and start it again. So annoying.

Shows this small notice on main screen as updating and freezes everything. The problem is that this shows up frequently and NOT when updating the app. Seems to be a code glitch that was never tested. Apparently the developer needs better coders for the app.

Like most other “news” apps this is like buying a newspaper every day where the only thing that changes is the front page!

Many times I go to the streaming app and it doesn’t work on my phone so I have to go online and type it in on the web and then it will work.

It would be nice to have the ability to use the app in dark mode instead for blaring white it currently is only an option.

The new update is too cumbersome. I don’t like the changes and find it more difficult to find what I want.

Go back to the old design. The redesign of the app is terrible. The old version was much easier to navigate.

The new floor may that they just went to is not very user friendly. I know longer see the news for the day. And it’s hard to find the local news. The weather is only showing the bear minimum.

App is really glitchy during the A games today. Cant imagine it gets any better for the AA games

Streaming failed constantly while watching the boys state hockey championship.

I hate when I see a headline story and can’t get to it

Ok, I really love this app except for one important issue, the volume of the commercials! They are so loud that they literally make my eardrums shake! Change them to a normal volume and I’ll quit turning the volume off when they come on. I know, the only thing that one of them, “overlooks is 694” but I can’t buy any product that contributes to hearing loss!
