KTLA 5 News - Los Angeles App Reviews

I love this app in general and I’ve been using it for many years and I’m a loyal KTLA five viewer however I’ve noticed that when opening the app since yesterday the live feed is not working. I’m also a voiceover screen reader user please fix this.

Been using this app for mostly local news, but this app is really buggy and freezes a lot of times. Got to close and reopen the app multiple times just to read the news. Please update this version of the app.

Impossible to read on iPhone X with latest software. Type size and images are displayed oversized.

I used to be able to watch MY LOCAL NEWS from THE KTLA5 APP BUT NOW I CANT. I know it’s because of the hackers on my iPhone that live in ELPASO TEXAS OR NEW YORK BECAUSE THEY WANT TO WATCH SPORTS & PARAMOUNT +. The UNITED STATES BETTER GET A HANDLE OF STOPPING THESE HACKERS.

This app crashes (I get regularly get a black screen) with no obvious cause. I have had to remove and add the app at least five times when this occurs.

It's a good, reliable app. However, the latest update changed the way the back button works. Before, the back button appeared when you swipe down on an article. Now, you have to scroll all the way to the top of the article before the back button appears. It's annoying. Please change it back. And, since I'm here - article titles have become far too much like click-bait. Everything now occurs in "Southern California" versus naming the city where the news article originated. Stop annoying you

Sun up, sundown shows them being exactly 12 hours apart for some time now. When reading a story, you now have to scroll all the way to the top before being able to go back to the previous page.

Love the program and the entire cast - but the app with new sign in feat keeps freezing

As others have said ads are BIG and can’t read the articles. Works on my iPhone tho.

Too many “It’s going to rain in 5 minutes “ notifications. Please knock it down a notch or three or it will be time to disable all notifications from KTLA.

KTLA morning news is the best, but trying to access the live stream from the app on my phone is terrible. Open the app to an ad, but then the news doesn’t load. Black screen eventually kicks off the app altogether. This happens almost every morning. Other times the ad plays right over the top of the news. We don’t have those problems on Roku, but the phone app is very frustrating. Never could get it to work today.
