KyPass - KeePass in Sync App Reviews

I love this app and use it 100 times a day. I think it is great value value. Recently, however, it stopped working with Face ID, forcing me to enter, my very long master password. Every time I tried other avenues of support before leaving a review, but none of them worked. I will correct my review when the update comes out that fixes Face ID.

I have been using KyPass since version 1.something. I have experimented with others, but found none I like better than KyPass. Very well thought-out UI design— clean, uncluttered, and intutive. Highly recommend!!

Our family has been using Kypass for a little over 5 years now, since before the new version came out. I really enjoy the fact that it supports all the major cloud storage vendors, and the way that it syncs a KeePass file seamlessly and quickly is fantastic. Absolutely love it, and recommend it to friends frequently.

Minor requests please: 1) Internal browser works but needs polish i.e. fullscreen UI overlaps app controls. 2) Can “Go to entry” be removed and allow direct access to entries? 3) There appears to be two search modes, auto (while typing) and manual - can they be consolidated into auto only? Thanks so much!!

The app is great with Dropbox and SFTP integration… but please fix auto-fill which I can’t get to work via all tweaks I’ve tried. Also the internal browser doesn’t have button to exit back to KyPass … ?

Use KeePassXC on Mac. Trival to keep passwords synced between iOS devices and main databases on my Mac. Been a KyPass user since version 2.x days and each version only gets better. Highly recommend.

Unable to sync using SFTP. One drive works fine.

This is hands down one of the best apps to use with your KeePass database. It functions very well and also allows for you to use autofill unlike many other apps.

Works fine from KeePass accessing my kdbx file on Google Drive. But KyPass accessing the same file it does not recognize the master password.

Works well. An error that kept me from accessing my Google Drive database was fixed in v4.5.

Developer fixed bug quick and gave this awesome app a buffer and shine with version 4.5, looks great and I'm very impressed, developer even took the time to respond, thank you and keep up the great work!!

Was having issues but they fixed the issue and it works great again. I highly recommend this app.

After a several week wait, the Google Drive login bug seems to be fixed. You must disconnect Google Drive and reset the connection for it to work again.

+1) nice look in the update. - 1) using iCloud to share file with my other IOS devices does not work. - 2) When I update file thru website with my MAC I am unable to delete old file on my iPad or iPhone.

Others apps get you hooked on the free version then months later lock you out. This app has an cheap one time fee. The app works great to safely manage all my passwords.

Love the app. Life depends on it really. iOS 14 broke adding WebDAV servers. Works on my 5S but not newer devices. Need this fix desperately!!

Whenever hit the keyboard password shortcut and clear the autofilled URL in the search box, the keyboard never is shown so I can’t search.

Seems like the latest keepass key file is not compatible with this version unfortunately. I wait for an update from dev but overall, a great app I could not live without for my day to day activities.

Been using for years. Will change to 5 stars if YubiKey support is added.
