Good gym everything is so clean and working restroom aren’t filthy like other gym restrooms I’ve been to.

pretty good place worked out here for 4 months as a 13 yr old and alr bigger and better

The app sends me a notification when I am near the gym to open the check in bar code. This makes checking in to the gym easy.

I like this app however the app doesn’t display the check-in time. It only displays the check-in date. That would be really helpful to track my time at the gym

Can we get immediate push updates if some amenities are down/closed in a future update, please?

The check in record only records the last 30 days so it’s kind of useless. Should go back a year at least so trends can be seen.

Should have the option to add membership to apple wallet.

It can improve more and be more practical and have the ease of changing languages.

Some of my checks were not logged. But it’s even more annoying is most of the time I can’t even find in the app where it logged that I was checking into the gym. It would be nice, even if they had something in the. App that you could log your workout.

I just joined LAF a week ago. Today the club closed because of weather and I did not receive any notification, text, push notification, or email about closure so I discovered that when I arrived there. Reviewed app and there are no notification settings nor any elections to get notified.

The App regularly has issues with showing the member ID card, tracking visits, scheduling, setting up guests, and similar issues. The App needs a serious UI update and stability across all members.

The app needs work. I’m not sure what, if any user testing is ever done. This is clearly visible with each bug filled update.

LA Fitness is the first place of fitness for many people and while the app is usable, but leaves a lot to be desired. Missing check-ins, missing checkpoints for notifying the gym equipment is not usable. Tracking weight through a Smartscale or even the integration of shared connectivity with smart scales and watches would be welcomed improvements.

It did work once or twice but you can’t reserve classes , otherwise it’s ok but a confusing not well designed

The option to open the app near the gym, not working for me . Why isn’t launch page the membership code ? Then it’s ridiculous the steps to check in guests… launch page should be membership code , guest codes should be available by swiping . This current set up inconvenient and time consuming .

Since the update I now can no longer pull up my digital card to scan and it’s become a hassle every time. App had been deleted and reinstalled and nothing.

I just got a new phone so not sure if that affects this. But until now, I could click the check in button to get the QR code needed to enter the gym. But now it says I must “activate in the club.” Please fix this!

The convenience of scanning with your phone is great, but holy is this app so outdated. When was the last time this was even updated?

Hey LA Fitness, perhaps since you no longer give out physical key tags maybe your 1st step for a password reset shouldn’t be to put in your barcode. Which would be inside the app. That you are looking to reset your password for. 🤷🏻‍♂️

So I’ve been using this app since 2022 and now it’s 2024 and when I realizes every time I ask the front desk to sign me in with my number it doesn’t sink in with the application from my account… Because now it looks like I’ve been going to the gym four times a month because I actually use the ad verses the amount of times I actually go into the gym That’s the only issue I see with the app

Doesn’t record my check in’s consistently throwing off my monthly trends
