Very helpful

Very helpful but there are a couple of things that can improve: option to select a different meal (currently need to call to LATAM for this) seat selection does not always work

Buying seats and luggage a scam

I bid for an upgrade but had to check in before hearing anything so I had to pay for carry on luggage. Then my bid was accepted so I had to pay for luggage for nothing. Notifications should be at least 24 hours in advance so passengers don’t pay twice for luggage.
