Great app, but needs tweaking!!

Works out great, however, I would love to see the workouts read accurately when computing in watch or app. For instance, if I’m doing an indoor walk, I would like for her to say indoor walk versus yoga. Or if I’m doing wall, Pilates, give me the option to track Pilates and not yoga. But overall, I enjoy the app.

Great exercise program

LazyFit is easy to use and stick to. It doesn’t require a lot of time and you can definitely see a difference.

Love this

Great program. Works too even if you cannot do it daily

Exercise program

I’m really enjoying this and I’m excited to see small results in my fitness.

Perfect exercise app

I started this app because I am a senior with bad knees and couldn’t keep up with regular exercise apps. This app was exactly what I needed. I am getting a good workout but doable for me in the chair. The best thing is you can adjust your exercise plan to be more strenuous or less, it takes into account whatever you want, knees, back, etc.. Great versatile app

Chair Yoga

You may want to warm up before starting if you haven’t exercised in a while. Also there is no instruction on your breathing so you will need to focus on that yourself. Easy to follow instruction. All in all a nice way to get moving after a long time of not.

Great App! Gentle but Effective

This app is just what my old bones needed. Easy to understand, difficulty that works with what I can do and a nice variety to keep from being boring.

Beginners workout

Easy to follow and slowly becomes more challenging.

The Best Morning Wake-up

Wonderful exercise program. I look forward to doing my exercises. After just 20 day, I can tell that my balance and energy are improved.

This challenge and app is absolutely amazing. I truly look forward to it everyday.

Tai chi

Absolutely great workout! Well orchestrated and easy to follow.

Really Works!

Started a few weeks ago and already feel toned and in better shape!

Short time?

I expected a little bit more than four minutes. I was under the impression. It was a 15 minute workout, hopefully it will get longer than four minutes.

Buttercup

I just started so today was good I enjoy it but it has only been 1 day I am like this this app so far

Exercise pics need to be larger

Hard to see all movements on iPad. Need to be able to enlarge exercises.

Great work out at 60!!

I love the work out it gives me at 60 years old. I have back issues and he e figured all that in and gives you a great work out. Thank you so much and glad I found this app.

Working out

I like the exercises they are simple enough to stick with but I feel them.

Good work out app for beginners.

I’m just starting to work out daily during the week. And it’s nice that it’s not trying to throw me straight into working out for an hour. But hopefully this will get me to the point where I can work out for an hour if I chose to. Good app would definitely recommend! I like that it’s also good for ppl that have a hard time with certain parts of their bodies being injured! Keep up the good work!

Day 1

I am a 64 yr old woman who has seldom worked out. I hate exercise, especially in the summer. I have lost almost 60 lbs in the past year. I did it by changing how and what I eat. So today was day 1 for me and day 1 was fabulous. It lasted about ten minutes. I chose to not take a rest in between each exercise. Never got winded. Never got sweaty. This I can do! I am very hopeful. Hope is EVERYTHING. I am going to stick with this one!

Can’t get past the free trail.

I know I don’t want to pay for the app. I just want the free features. I can’t do day 4 without accepting the free trail. Very frustrating.

meh

i did day 1-3 on my work out plan, and right after doing those 3 days, my muscles were sore, i felt dizzy, and i seriously felt like i was going to throw up. the work outs were semi-fun, but i got bored easily. i don’t recommend.
