A MUST HAVE APP!!!

This app is amazing! Helps me keep tabs on my service requests and I can easily message my customer service representatives! This app is so convenient and has helpful resources that I use to make sure my home is maintained and serviced!

Easy Claims and Cool Features

One of my favorite parts of buying with Lennar! Submitting warranty claims is super easy, and I get very fast responses when I use the chat. They also have checklists and articles in the app that have been so helpful with keeping up on maintenance. 10/10 recommend!

A frustrating application

Face ID is not available so the minute you leave the app you are required to log back. It’s impossible to access current warranty requests, and the page to submit a new warranty hasn’t been working for days. It’s an extremely basic and poorly made app.
