Almost there one big oversight

Big improvement over earlier App I had last year. One major flaw is it does not tell me the percentage of battery charge left. Just a battery bar indicator. Come on App developers think about what makes it easy for the consumer. Bar indicator is more a guessing game not acceptable in my opinion 5 stars when this issue is addressed.

Lenz heat app ( socks )

I love this product BUT I wish it had an app for Apple Watch. It’s very difficult while skiing to keep digging out your phone. Seems like a simple thing to do and would make this product much more user friendly for outdoor sports. I would have given this product 5 stars but can’t get over the fact that there is no watch app.

Frustrating

I can get the new app to pair to my iPad but not iPhone. Totally frustrating and impractical!

Only keeps the heaters in for 15-30 min

The heaters work for up to 30 minutes. After that somehow they magically turn off and I have to dig out the app to turn them back on. Why? No one knows. Pretty frustrating for a $300+ product.
