Awesome convenient app
I had to add someone to my account. I thought I had done everything correctly but it re-routed me back to the original screen and I had to add all of both mine and my husband’s account information. After that it was great just making a payment online. FYI: If you make a payment using your checking account information the payment placing is free. If you use a debit or credit card you are charged a fee. It’s the same for phone payments.

Extremely user friendly, the KU app makes it easy for me to pay my monthly electric bill.
Customer service was very attentive and helpful with my concerns. Everything was resolved very quickly and in a professional and friendly manner.
I sent a check out to this company on 14 February. And it is now 10 days later and it’s still shows they have not received my payment by mail. This is the second time this has happened at this company not receiving my payment and charging me a late fee, so I have now went online and paid, and if the check does show up and go through, then I will be charged again and overdraw my bank account.
I do not get how my bill went from $152.00 one month to $290.00 the next month. But with the lower month being an actual reading, I get that…then came the “estimated” reading the next month…what’s really strange is that I stepped outside and read my meter 11 days after they read it on the 7th, and I still hadn’t at that time used the amount that they billed me for… I don’t see how this is right….and with that much of a jump in your bill price, it’s hard to come up with enough to pay that higher

I love the app! It’s very user friendly and convenient, especially in the event of power outages. You can link your account and even set it for autopay
This is a great app when it works properly. Sometimes you log in and with a few simple clicks are able to pay your bill. Other times it gives you an error message and won’t allow you to log in. This error message came up for months and I had to pay my bill at the ODP office. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it started working again. It worked fine for a couple of months but now I’m back to the error message again. Unfortunately ODP has closed their local offices so I’m guessing my only opti
