LG app is great but private listening turns off if you turn your screen off. I think it’s a very frustrating oversight. Even the Roku OS allows you to turn off your screen and continue to private listen through your phone. A huge miss for me. Please fix in an update.
Quisiera ayuda con la app porque de un momento a otro cambio de idioma a coreano y me gustaría que este en español. Gracias de antemano.
I hate that it connects when it wants to for the tv option. Sometimes it won’t work at all, even if your Bluetooth is on. It also sometimes can’t tell if it’s on or off. Definitely need an upgrade.
The app is fine and does its job, but the inability to customize notifications is annoying. Case-in-point: My dishwasher doesn’t need rinse aid; it’s built into the pods I use, but I get a stupid alert on my phone with EVERY. SINGLE. CYCLE. altertinf me to refill the rinse aid. This should be an option to toggle on/off—not an incessant reminder that can’t be disabled.
I have LG TV and washer this year and I’m satisfied with them so far
they are very helpful
The “listen to TV privately” on the phone app turns off unless you stay in the app. If you switch over to Mail or messages to reply to an email or text, the sound switches back to the TV. Please… Otherwise pretty good.
It is not very straightforward and easy. I had to totally power down dryer at fuse box To finally get it to pair. Even that took several attempts.
Hi tech appliance that gets a little sensitive when it comes to clean up time.
I don’t know if you

I have a lot of things
Works as expected.
Have to allow publicly blocked ad server to get it to open past the full screen acceptance of terms, then you can turn it back off, but super dumb.
I love the app. super helpful and a time saver
Very quit, long wash cycles. It does have a turbo wash.
LOVE the way the two - machine and app - work together, in tandem!
All 4 of the products are new to me. The features are great and so far the functionality is fantastic on all products. 18 months ago, I purchased the mega washer and dryer, they are amazing! And now I have an entire kitchen full of the same amazing products. Just need some tweaking to make the customization just right.
This is a great product which I have been using since October 2022.
Quick and easy walk-through
This is such a great feature. I love knowing when my laundry is done without having to go down 3 flights of stairs to check. I also love that it lets me know when something is wrong.
Great app but some days I wanna throw my phone across the room. The app will continuously ask me to log in and then it continues to restart. I have to usually end the app and restart it 5 times before it works again.
I couldn’t find what was wrong until I downloaded the app and boom. It helped me figure it out. Flipping Awesome!!!!!!
Easy to connect ..
I like the notifications but at times app error and doesn’t show me the cycles or show offline.
So far this app is nice. Keeps you informed of what the fridge is doing
Works very good.
The LG ThinQ application is a huge timesaver. There’s no wasting time checking if your clothes are done because the application lets you know right away. My appliances are in the basement so the notifications are such a convenience. It’s funny to think several generations ago we were using manual washing machines and now they’re practically doing everything for us.

A special character in my password caused problems. It took it when creating the account, but flashed a message saying invalid password spec, but created the account anyway. This caused updating a streaming app on my tv to take 30 minutes. There were verification codes sent with nowhere to enter them. Has anyone tested their software?
