Great communication
Madeleine was wonderful in the process and explaining insurance and options to get started with my weight loss. Great communicator wonderful smile very happy over the phone that’s contagious made our meeting enjoyable.

Spotty service
Been using LifeMD for two years. Appts get canceled EVERY SINGLE TIME for service outages or no service providers. Often times appts made months in advance are cancelled 20 minutes prior. This leads to not getting refills in a timely manner and no consistent care. It’s wonderful if it worked consistently but really it’s just more trouble than it’s worth.
Poor customer service
They are very slow returning requests on portal and phone calls. When you finally get to talk to a human the people are nice.
App won’t work
Every month for renewal of prescription, app doesn’t work! Please fix
