Sure easy to use app, staff are friendly, I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. Hands down would use the service time and time again.

Been using LifeMD for two years. Appts get canceled EVERY SINGLE TIME for service outages or no service providers. Often times appts made months in advance are cancelled 20 minutes prior. This leads to not getting refills in a timely manner and no consistent care. It’s wonderful if it worked consistently but really it’s just more trouble than it’s worth.

They are very slow returning requests on portal and phone calls. When you finally get to talk to a human the people are nice.

Every month for renewal of prescription, app doesn’t work! Please fix
