Ease of use

I think anyone who is experienced difficulty with this it’s not doing it right, you just put your card face toward you on the back of your phone so the QR code is near your camera but facing away from you and it works just fine. Somebody had to show me though. You can easily load different levels of tickets on your card.

It works!

Not sure about all the 1 star reviews, but it worked just fine. A no frills app, but gets the job done when it comes to refilling the public transport card.

works, if you keep card on top

the app tells you to move card to the back of phone to top up or update. don't do that. Just keep the card on top of phone and it will work.

it works on 13 pro

saw many bad comments and felt quite nervous about using this app - but it does hard to recharge on the ground in nice if you are not close to train/tram station. turned out refill is smooth with latest update! so no worries all:) thanks for fixing!!

Need to be fixed!

I got it to work 1 out of 3 times - not counting the many repeated attempts during those 3 occasions. Please fix this basic technology to help both your drivers and your passengers.

Dysfunctional for topping up

I have to fight with this app for an hour every time I try to top up my card. It can read it just fine but I can never top it up easily. I’ve had to just buy another card from the kiosk (€2/card) because I could not top my card. It’s a big problem every single time.
