A Good Start toward Using Laptop with iPhone

Since switching to an iPhone 4 years ago, I have missed the functionality similar to Google Voice on my laptop. Resently I searched again - Voilà! Phone Link. It was easy to install, and I have been using it for 5 days. I appreciate that I can read and respond to text messages, and read other notifications without picking up my phone. Responding by writing texts on the laptop keyboard is wonderful.

Helpful but missing key features

This little app is very helpful to be able to receive and reply to text messages on the computer when working on my laptop. However, there are a couple of key features that are missing, including no audible or visual notifications, and it would be nice to have a small version that always stays on top while working on other applications

Still experiencing problems

When I go to use the phone link, it tells me that it is hooked up via the Bluetooth. The headset works, but I can’t get it to use the mic.

Almost good

It’s a great idea in theory. It barely works with iphone and disconnects frequently with Android. So close. I would pay real money for this if it actually worked correctly.
