Live nation is the best hack for concert tickets

Hi so aespa just released their expansion on their 2024-25 world tour and Newark, NJ was one of the stops and I look on the app and it has everything else but the Newark concert. I don’t know if you’re still adding the concerts or if it was mistake but I just want to let you guys know.

The app movement and speed is slow.. Took me 3 tries just to buy my tickets

It gets stuck too often and asks you to sign in after you’re already signed in.

I get an error everytime I try to upgrade my seats and my bank account gets charged but the tickets don’t show up in the app…I’ve gotten used to just calling live nation.

Slow to load and when going to upgrade the experience, instead of loading the upgrades for the event selected, it loads the newest event. I didn't notice and got upgrades to someone I don't even have tickets to and as far as I can tell, no way to get my money back. This is deceptive and should be honored for a refund.
