I’m able to manage my medications, talk directly with my doctor as well as schedule appointments and do same day virtual visits if needed. Truly a great platform

I love the help in every way it’s so helpful. I will recommend to any disabled person every time. I’m beyond thankful the experienced is so wonderful.

Extremely easy to use, stores all of ur medical information and scripts appointment reminders that u can put on ur calendar right away. But most of all u can stay in touch with ur doc weather u go in to see them or not.

The LiveWell app is very useful and allows access to your data as requested.

No easy way to schedule appointments

One way to make this Dr-Parient option Even Better: I also have Physicians at UW Madison. They use MyChart for the same purpose. BIG Difference is patients Only need to LOG IN Once every 90 Days!! This is compared to LiveWell where I need to do this every 14 days. Since I manage 3 different patients w/LW, it can be a hassle having to Resign in each time. Can this time between log ins be increased like the UW App? THANK U for ALL You Do!! PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS POSSIBLE. Cathy Spieg

I don’t understand the changes made.

This portal makes it easy to contact my doctors and to review my test results. Allows me to share information with my PCP without having to print it all out. Thank you.

I appreciate being able to find medical information about my self and confirming my appointments. Communicating with my medical provider is great. It is difficult, at times, to locate specific things I am looking for.

The app is easy to use and a fast way to get care. Aurora overall is the worst possible healthcare provider I have ever worked with. The app is good the providers with Aurora are not.

Did precheck in thinking that is where I’d be able to add my new insurance. It did not prompt me anywhere to add it. Only to make an uninsured payment.
