Each news segment used to run smoothly. But, some of them stop running in the middle or there abouts. I've trashed it and reinstalled. That didn't fix it. I've restarted my ipad. That didn't fix it. So, we are still buggy. Please send out another update.

I love the updated materials and easy-to-use.

Many times I have to restart the app because it will shut off unexpectedly. This is very annoying.

I have always been a bit hesitant to get a news provider. Each time I have attempted using Haystack I have felt more comfortable and a long over due stability to be just informed of current events.

I am loving this Haystack free App that has both local , national and international news all in one place.

I like to access neutral news. However, for the ad version, the commercials are not neutral. Even though the ads are only one sided, they are not super long.

Thank you for finally adding Portrait/ Landscape mode after asking and waiting for 7 years.

Really liked the previous app version before recent format revision. Also new repeats for too log and often days old.

Using Haystack App allows me to AVOID local news that is mostly not even worth reporting.

This is an amazing app I love all the features and the content. I especially like keeping track of the local weather and our country politics. I think it’s one of the best all around apps for entertainment and global events and all the technology that goes on in these days. I think the interface is very good and simple. I like keeping up with what NASA is doing and the videos of the azure labs are beautiful and interesting and I wish they would make away to watch it vertical but I still gave fiv

Audio plays fine for the first 20 seconds then cuts out, when playing on Apple Tv 4k model A1842. Tvos 18.6 Wired connection to the router. Please fix

Always onesies

Trying to cancel my service. Can’t find the way to cancel and every time I send an email the response is can you give us more detail to help improve your experience. Slow response on emails and not very user friendly in my opinion.

Most of the news clips on this app are not captioned. Bloomberg, France 24 among others who have lots of foreigners speaking English and not captioned. Even for a hearing person, foreign accents are difficult to understand and comprehend. Without captions the news on this app is useless.
