Need enhancements

I think there is session overlap between the mobile app and the mobile version on Safari if you open both from same iphone.

Excellent costumer service

My order’s delivery took much longer than expected, however when I reached out to the costumer service regarding one of the products I ordered, I received a prompt response. On top of that, they offered to send me a new product for free! (return of the initial product was not required). I very much appreciate this. Costumer service is a crucial factor when I shop online.

My first real order

Bought my daughter the look fantastic advent calendar and it was a huge hit first of all, some full size products and other useful tools and now we are slowly purchasing her favorites! And I’m next!

Delayed orders and poor customer service !

I reached out to them asking to cancel my order since I had mistakenly ordered duplicate and also the delivery was taking much longer than I expected, all I got was an auto generated message and I haven’t heard anything from them since two months ago.Am not sure if they are still planning to deliver or what is going on since they already charged me for the products.
