Backbone Controller support needed

I’ve been enjoying the game! But once I got to the point where the tutorial tells you about finishing Frodo’s gear upgrades and takes you to the page where you can find crafting items via auto-winning missions, my game doesn’t allow any input and I’m stuck on the screen. Very frustrating. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing seems to work, genuinely locked because of a bug. Please help!

Amazingly fun LOTR collector game that should be tried if you like LOTR. I would give 5 stars however I no longer can log in it just stays at trying to connect so haven’t been able to logon in few days.
