Nice app. Sometimes a very painful experience to use. Good that it shows the nearby stations. It’s a travel app; so why get a “no stations nearby” if you are trying to schedule a shower up the road? Traveling, Tired, want a shower at the last stop! Just let me book the first time!!! Seriously? Just 47 miles up the road!!!! Filling up? Too many stations with scanners not working properly. Yes, I neglected to just use my phone number a couple times. Hit the wrong button once resulting in another

The 10cents off per gallon of gasoline is the best……. Except when the app don’t wanna work or the pump doesn’t want to accept it

Good deals, every other rewards system lets you use phone number instead of scanning card / app - Loves needs this feature.

We went on an 80 day 9,500 mile roadtrip and discovered the LOVE’S app. We used it as often as possible and it was great. I have recommended it to all my friends snd family

Always clean and friendly

App won’t let me update preferences. Keeps giving me an error. Trying to call in to have customer service update is also futile. On hold for ten minutes because customer service was waiting on help?? If I wasn’t forced to fuel at Loves I’d never go there! Nobody seems to care at Loves Stores or customer service.

I was lookin’ for Love(s) in all the wrong places . . . but the app solved that! 😂😂😂

While looking at the app I noticed a feature I hadn’t seen before. Once I looked at the locator function the app locked up and I couldn’t use it at my next fuel stop. It was cold and windy so after a few tries to open the app for the code I gave up. I had to do a soft reset on my phone before it went back to normal.

If you travel a lot, are a commercial driver or buy alit of fuel Loves Rewards is a must have because they really do reward you for doing business with them and why wouldn’t you especially if you like clean places and friendly faces!

Loves is the best except for certain ones that are not maintained. Best point system as well.

We have been using for months and it doesn’t work. It shows we’ve saved money but then when we check the math we are charged the full amount with no discount.
