i love this game and have playing if for years but recently it hasint been working it just wont let me in it just leaves me on the loading screen i donno if its cuz i have a new phone or what but i have it fully updated and everything butbit just wont work but before that happend this game is awsome

I’ve been playing this game 1 to 2 years I love the characters of the game but there’s a lot of Storytelling and cliffhangers that need an update and I just wish some of the characters stories continue or have an updated story but hope one day the developers of the game continue the story of the characters that need an update.

I can’t update my character clothes

I love this app so much! Seriously! But I wish the characters weren’t either limited to certain times and were completely finished. I hate that they “go offline” for a while. LET ME FINISH THE STORY! The editors haven’t been doing any updates or anything for the app for a year!

I’m addicted to the stories and always get to this game as much as I can, there’s just one problem. I don’t know if anyone’s been getting this problem, but whenever I try to do this cutscene with Ash Evans, it says there’s an error and restarts the game. This game is amazing otherwise keep up the great work!

I love this app, it’s very cool and inclusive. I like that when you restart a date them all your option progress is saved. Problem is, my account is gone! All of my progress has been reset and when I sign into my account it’s as if I never had an account in the first place! I know I wasn’t logged in as a guest, so what happened??

I can’t open the app anymore even after a phone update and all apps update. Thinking about deleting the game.

when will you make a storyline for patrick darcisse…it’s been years

I love the game, it’s fun, but gems are a huge problem. Options and unblurring images is just… Very expensive, and it makes it very frustrating because I’d love to get through Salvatore’s route but I’d have to wait for days to get gems for the perfect response and it’s just a little unfair. Love the game so far, just a little pricey that makes it hard to move forward with the game, or with any characters and their stories for that matter. 😞

It took me a moment to understand that there could be somebody very special on the other side of this message and I feel I found a very special person

The app is good BUT there is never any new content. Also, my favorite character, Ash Evans, has an error message and nobody to fix it. I have resorted to reading characters over again.

I got this game a long time ago I loved ryans story but they never let them evolve romantically something always interrupted then they introduced another character and left us on a cliff hanger for like 3 years 😭😭

The story,the characters are all great it just the diamond choices are to high compared to me chat I like when they are in at least the double digit the the triple digits. It’s a bit too high and have to wait to answer in the chat with the character or in the story a couple days to get enough gems to choose that of the diamond choice in the stories on a great game deafly enjoy playing

I love the game honestly! Quite entertaining. However I am stuck with Ash Evans where it won’t let me continue. Says there’s an issue every time I attempt to click “Let’s Go”. The pop up window says “a network error has occurred. Try again.” It never works on WiFi or off. And I’ve waited hours between attempts. Please fix

I really love this and have been playing it for many years. But I’m having trouble loading it. It just won’t load. Please fix this.

I want to start with I love this game! I’m greatly enjoying all the storylines. That being said, it is extremely difficult to get gems. The good options all cost way too much vs how much you can achieve via free gifts and videos. I have actually spent a bit of money for gems but it is extremely costly.

I love this app but my favorite characters haven’t been updated in a while and their social accounts don’t seem very active either which makes me sad. Did they give up on the app?

This is good but I can’t get in to the app without getting an error I have emailed about it there is no response this game needs a big update.

I wish we can get gems easily. The app is fine but you need gems for everything. Some people don’t want to spend money on these apps. I am one of them. Also the game needs more ways to create your character Too generic. Maybe you want to partner with Netflix so so you don’t have to resist money from us. The chatting part is great

I love this game. However, I cannot access the app. It just keeps loading. I really don’t wanna have to delete and have to start all over. Please advise.

It’s a good game I love playing it but I haven’t been able to play it in a month because the app won’t load but other than that it was a good game to play

Ash Evans storyline crashed, every time I try to go on a date, the app crashes and can’t get to the date. Has not been fixed in months, probably a dying game 🤷🏽‍♀️ probably don’t download

it’s a fun, addictive game, but diamond choices are very expensive. another problem is that i, for some reason, can’t play Ash Evans storyline. everything was going fine but when it’s time for my character to recreate Ash Evans wife’s first date i’d press that green button and it would tell me that it’s an error, my game would restart and it would keep doing that.

I really like this game l; it has some of the best story lines out of any games like this that I have played. I don’t like that the characters keep going offline and are gone for a month or two, and when they do come back, it isn’t long until they’re offline again. Right now, I have 5 characters that are offline. Yesterday, I matched with a new one, and he is already offline, and the other available matches are either of no interest to me or unmatchable. everytime i try to play the heart just loads forever so i deleted and redownloaded the app and whenever i try to login it says some error even though i did everything right

I really really love this game, but the gem system is a little flawed. I appreciate that you can get daily gems and some for ads, but when every gem choice is 200+ gems usually it’s a bit unfair because you’d either have to wait 13+ days to choose one choice, or spend money. Again I love the game, but I believe gem choices should be cheaper, or we should receive more gems for ads and for our daily.

I was angry that I couldn’t log onto my account bc of another technical glitch but you actually fixed an issue that needed addressing for a long time. I also corrected my score from 2 stars to 3.

I love the game it’s fun it’s just the gems you can have a lot of gems and waste them in less then a day and the other options are always mean and less interesting and when some of the characters leave for a long long time it kinda gets boring but other then that this game is amazing and fun and keep up the hard work

I love playing this game in my pasttime because the characters and conversations are so interesting and fun, but there will be some periods of time where the game is stuck on the loading screen for minutes and minutes and I can’t play it and the support doesn’t work for some reason, it’s just automated messages and then nothing else happens so I’m unable to play for weeks :(

This game is pretty fun. But you need way to many diamonds to do anything. You don’t get enough daily. If you have an issue, don’t bother with support they don’t care. My game won’t load and they’ve been zero help. It’s been over two weeks. I’ve lost out on so many diamonds. I mean not even an email, nothing. You can’t do a whole lot to your character so when they say you’re pretty it’s like no look at you!! You’d never dare this bland looking person. Enjoy. It’s a pretty fun game.

I personally like this game. It does really simulate online relationships well! And I’m currently working on my connection with jade and she is amazing!!

Please stop adding new routes and leaving the older ones untouched. Dr. Vile hasn’t been updated in almost 2 years.

This game is great, just one thing wrong with it, you don’t really have very good wardrobe options and even the overpriced ones are still pretty bad, overall, I’d just like better customization options.

This game is good except there are very few persons of color. Please add more and that would be nice!

I had 3 different characters unmatch because I had no choice but to either pick a gem answer or completely miss the opportunity and now they’re timed conversations and just will unmatch. This never used to be a feature, over 10K gems wasted as I’ve never been able to find any of those characters again. This used to be my favorite. Thank you for stealing money and wasting my time 👏🏼

I’ve had this game for a while but out of nowhere it stopped loading smh

The stories are fun, albeit drawn out for content. Whatever, I get it, they have to make money. But now two characters are “offline” and I worry there will never be an update to continue anyone’s stories. Should I even bother? How many more will I have just left unresolved?

Fun game but new characters are barely added so it gets old fast also many characters that are not match able I know it’s to look kinda realistic but still with how little character are addded could have just given us only match able characters

I love this game and have been waiting for the new stories like Keanu for example. But for the last year or so, the game doesn’t open just rebuffs. I close the app and open it, nothing. I never write reviews but I love this game and hope the devs fix the problem….
