I really love playing this game but I tried to delete so I can play it again and not able to do so hope you can come up with the next story

I love Lovescapes deeply but what makes me mad is when it lags. Hey developer of this game it's Billie can you do an update of making Lovescapes stop lagging permanently? It's so annoying it's making me mad.

I was on level 104 and I had over 11,000 diamonds. The game kicked me back to level 6 and 690 diamonds. If it would be possible to get all my diamonds back and back to the level I was on, I would be so happ,

I was liking the game and the story but since I started I have terrible problems with the game freezing and crashing. Twice because of crashing it has caused me to lose my power-ups. I like the game and would like to continue playing but if this continues I will delete it.
