This app is a really great resource to see and learn about solar and lunar transitions, which are often times incredible opportunities to take photos — especially highlighting the small window of times that give incredible lighting. * I’d imagine few people dive into the particulars but the personal approach this developer (and their partner’s input) pulls at the heart strings. I use Lumy daily to plan my morning activities — whether I’m heading out for a walk, hiking, or photography. The ability to quickly set reminders for sunrise, sunset, or twilight is incredibly useful and saves me from having to manually check times each day. The interface is beautifully designed and genuinely intuitive. Everything is exactly where you’d expect it to be, and the controls respond naturally. Just found this app on my iWatch and set it up. Then, i found it for my iPhone. Had some questions about what the complications were in the App, but figured and set it up from phone. I always want to know, astronomical twilight and when the Moon is coming and going for observation and imaging purposes. Think I’ll like this App.

I’m a student pilot and starting to get my night time flying in now and having this app really makes it easy for me. Giving me accurate, true results is really substantial. Just for a couple bucks, it pays off fast.

Great app with lots of features. I love the watch faces and complications. 5 stars for a quality app that is just plain fun to look at and use!

There is no dedicated Moon set & rise complication. There is one Moon times which provide info one at a time as time passes either Moon set , or transit time or Moon rise . Issue if complication Moon time showing transit time you cannot find moon set or moon rise . Only way to open iPhone and find out. Request developer to provide dedicated complication for Moon set & Moon rise.

I have been using this app forever. Looks like they’ve added even more stuff. I guess I should check—but it’s already 5star just for reminding a photographer with ADHD to take advantage of the sun!

Very detailed, precise and simple

This is everything I want in an app. It provides so many useful details and apple watch complications. It is not overly complex from a user perspective and it lets me choose what I want to see. A+

Somewhat limited functionality for the price, but the app is beautiful and easy to use. Widgets are great too.

So beautifully designed, it’s worth a spot on your phone even if you rarely use it for photos.

Glad I found this app. Don’t think just get it. You’ll thank me later.

I use this app to track Morning and Evening Civil Twilight the watch complication is just amazing and the customization is excellent. Great app

This is more accurate than apples native moon phases...I find that incredibly awesome and sad at the same time 🤪. Good this app was made (even if Apple fixes that problem this app still provides way more....everything 🤩👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.....⭐️!). Awesome work.

This is a fantastic app, and includes an astonishing amount of information in regard to the moon and the sun. As a photographer, I can really appreciate all of the important information in regard to lighting from the sun and the times of the day for the best photo opportunities. Really love this app!

This app is amazing and obviously a work of passion.

I like sun, you like the sun; I mean, guys…why shouln’t you have the latest information on our beautiful glowing ball of gas that sits a mere 92,024,000 miles away?! This is the definitive app for simple light information. It’s not the photographer’s ephemeris, but I don’t even think photographers care about the kind of garbage that level of sun nerding allows for. I love this app, and I look at it once daily sometimes a couple more. Well worth the couple of bucks!

I have really enjoyed the app.

Runs beautifully and all my Apple devices, including my M1 Mac and my Apple TV and my iPad and my iPhone. I do wildlife photography while Kayaking and this is perfect for knowing when the best times of day are without having to guess.
