The game is basically Risk with minor adjustments. My first time playing Risk was the physical board game. It took forever, but this app speeds up the process substantially. I love it! Playing this game is fantastic with friends. Simply screen share the device to a TV and the whole group can watch the game even when the phone is passed around. Suddenly (without any iOS update) the game refuses to contact map downloads and then crashes upon attempted load on up to date iPhone 15. I have restarted, deleted and reinstalled. Something seems to be wrong as of Today. Sillysoft.net also seems to be unreachable. I would definitely pay for an update if this game as it is hands down my favorite go to strategy game. This is a wonderful game. I love it. When is the multiplayer version gonna come out? Yes, I know you can set it to be human so you can play with multiple people on one device, I’m wondering when you’re gonna be able to do that across the Internet. That would be fantastic. The game does still glitch every now and again and sometimes it freezes. I hope maybe you’ll address those issues at some point in the future.

This is the best version of risk I have come across on the App Store. It has simple mechanics and I love all the other maps like Texas and King Arthur. Definitely recommend! I have played this for years and it never gets old!

I’ve been playing this game since it was released. It’s at least 10 years old from what I can recall. I enjoy it very much and it keeps my brain sharp.

Waaaay better than solitaire and the added maps are awesome. The game certainly shows why “you should never attempt a land war in Asia”

This game is the best version of “Risk” out there. You can easily play a game against five other tough AI opponents in ten minutes. No waiting to have to choose to roll the dice and see the result. Plays really fast if you want and there’s lots of other maps. No tech glitches either. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately when it freezes I have to delete the game and then reinstall it and reset all game options….but love the game so much I put up with it.

This is the best version of this game and I have tried most of not all of them. The EA version is horrible

I have had this game for 13 years and played it at least 30 times a year. And I can honestly say that it is worth every penny.

This game is challenging and plays quickly. The AI is pretty tough but can be beaten if you understand how they vary by degree of intelligence. Great game!!

There is a map, Baltic or something like that, which makes this game super addictive. I play this all the time, though today the game won’t open because of the (I’m assuming) latest OS update—the game was working perfectly until I allowed Apple to update…I should know better, they usually screw up good systems by fixing what wasn’t broken. But in any case, I highly recommend this excellent game!

Best game ever, unless you flat out hate Risk. A couple hundred maps from the most simple to the maddeningly complex. AI is configurable so it can be as hard or easy as you like.

Sometimes it glitches up and closes out. Needs fixed. Also needs real online players; Not bots that are so predictable that its not even fun to play after you learn what moves theyre gonna make. Otherwise I love lux dlux. Im always downloading more maps to try and switch things up

The same patterns over and over. Wish the dice rolls were truly random.

I just got the “foo foo” pop up, no idea what it means but it asked me to rate. Why devs live foo so much is beyond me. But, this does crash often and heats up my phone, but it is fun to play.

Ive played everyone. Wished there were more maps. It seems in the last 3 years game has gone dead.
