I called Lyft for a ride to the Sioux Falls airport. Craig was my driver and he was the best. He was friendly,kind & went out of his way to help me. He even helped to make sure I could manage my heavy luggage at the airport . I have ridden with Uber in the past but I will bring all my future business to to Lyft! Thank you!

Found Lyft to be dependable in the NY metropolitan area. But was in St. Augustine, Florida, last month going to Jacksonville Airport and the driver was said to be coming and then the app dropped the ride and never noticed me. Had to find a last minute ride. Horrible experience.

Only dislike that adding stops is limited to only one. Whereas on Uber you can add 2 stops. Otherwise it’s a great app and has good prices. I do also wish that they would add the bike and scooter Lyft share to Philadelphia. Anyway drivers are usually good and customer support is usually easy to communicate any issues with and are quick to resolve them. It would be nice to be able to see the reviews that drivers give to me as a rider (Anonymously of course) just a suggestion.

Needed a ride to the ER. Uber was forever and a day and still couldn’t find a driver. I downloaded Lyft and the driver picked me up in 3 minutes and help carried my things. Time was of the essence and MD literally helped save my life. Uber ? You would have picked up a corpse. What’s going on?!!?? Thank you Lyft!! 🇺🇸💜

I was waiting for Lyft and when she arrived I was about to open the door and get in and the driver pulled off leaving me.So I was charged 5 dollars for her leaving me and I had to call for another Lyft.This driver was excellent and apologize for Lyft and the other driver I was impressed!!!

I switched to Lyft after a number of technical glitches with a competing service and no complaints. Used it twice tonight and the drivers were professional and courteous.

Our driver Dorothy was awesome. The driver Elvys that drove an 18 Chevy cruise canceled on us after we waited half hour.

The app alone not with friends and to much presure

Lyft makes reviews for drivers & riders not transparent which i find to b an issue. I tip 5$ & give 5 stars rating almost every driver. Never had an issue. All of a sudden i get notification that i was left a feedback. No idea who or what or when or why. Since things aren’t transparent & I’m tipping people who’s giving me bad feedback afterwards, y would i keep tipping or rating?
