Best Mac app ever.
Incredibly convenient and practical
MacID does everything it advertises, and very well. Easy to setup, very flexible, and will become one of the most frequently used features of your iPhone (and Apple Watch).

The best Mac companion app ever
There is nothing I can find that compares to this app. It is amazing and the functionality of it is great. I use it everyday which I didn't think I would at first. I thought it was a cool little toy, then it became a utility.

It works seamlessly from my iPhone 6+ and my Apple Watch 2nd gen, I unlock my Mac book pro easily!
Need better approach
I only need to automatically lock my Mac. I don’t want to unlock it with the desktop app.
I don’t trust putting my Mac laptop password into the desktop app.
This was an amazing app but its not working on new ios 11.0.2
Please update the app to compatible with ios 11.0.2 version , it couldn't connect to ios device on mac , it is always looking for primary device

Thank you for this beautiful app!! Works well with my early 2011 MBP*, iPhone 8 Plus and iWatch S1.
*after I replaced the Bluetooth v2.0 module with a v4.0 and updated the firmware.
Magically works with the FaceID
Just upgraded my phone and wondered if it can lock/unlock my MacBook Pro with the FaceID. It just magically works! So far, there’s only one thing need to be improved. Please update the UI to fit for iPhone X. Thank you so much!

Used to be solid...
I had an iPhone 6. This app worked great with my phone and watch. I upgraded to a iPhone X and now I can not get the app on my phone and the app on my computer to link up. I have reset the phone, the computer, and reset the Bluetooth on the computer. Nothing seems to be working. I hope this gets fixed. The app is extremely useful when it works, and it worked without issue for a whole year.
$3.99 down the toilet!
