Since COVID-19 and being a senior with heart issues I have relied on Macy’s to meet all my shopping needs and customer service via online. Every person I talked with was courteous and very helpful. I did have a couple of returns I took back to the store and they were also handled well and was offered other choices. Love the app (especially the scanner in it) except that it will not display in full screen! It drives me crazy to look at the skinny display screen when on either iPhone or iPad. I just use macys.com instead for that reason, then I can see everything in full screen.

No Apple Pay for large company platform
Good app but would not recommend for a wedding registry, it has a lot of items that it will not let you add to the registry, you have to call or email them the item number and have it added that way. Very frustrating.
I opened shop, went to the women’s section, and clicked “flash sale.” When you click on something, the transition is the page slides from the right. So, going back, I click “flash sale.” It loads the ad at the top and before the clothe items can load it acts as if I liked clicked “flash sale” from the previous page again. It keeps “opening” “flash sale” over and over non-stop.
Easy shopping, never easier. Love it. If you live in Texas, appreciate not having to get out in the heat.
I love the app but recently I have been unable to make payments on my card using it. When I press the button to continue it doesn’t go to the next page and when I press the more sources tab it goes to the next page and just keeps flashing but never fully loading.
Give rewards to your programmers, the best app for shopping, simple interface and navigation, love it.
I miss the option where we used to be able to save an item and we could choose the list it saves to before it saves, whether it be under favorites or another list. Everything now is saved straight into to favorites. Then I have to individually go click into each item and move them all into the actual list I want them in. Please consider bringing the option back or making it easier to move multiple items from favorites into another list.
But I noticed when i view something the price will increase the next day. Or you’ll have the same product listed with different prices 🤔
Please create or update your app for iPad use. The iPhone sized display doesn’t expand to the iPad sized display. Shopping online with an iPad is better than using a phone.
My app cart doesn’t work from 3 weeks since I updated the app, I found stuff to buy and when I added to the cart that list disappeared right away I don’t know what to do? And how to buy those items since I have no time to buy in the stores infect the store is so big I don’t even know how to find those stuff in the store that’s why I preferred to buy online the reason I am writing this review so the store management fix this issue and let me know what do with the cart and how to buy them?
Tried to download the latest upgrade so I can use my Macy’s app as usual. My iPhone 6s is too old to download the updates. So have I lost the ability to use the Macy’s app?
I had to update the delivery address but the restrictions to the address 2 field does not let me update the full address, therefore the packages have been returned o delayed delivery. Address2 field does not allow two numbers separated by a space to be captured. Also characters are not allowed. The name field cannot contain numbers. I liked the app a lot for online shopping but the delivery information is refraining me to do so.
Store part works fine. When you get to the financial part - CitiBank Amex. It says access blocked and it gives you an 1 888 ——- number to call. ????? Always worked before

Dear Developer, Would it be possible to roll out the Macy’s app for iPad users. As you may know, as soon as I downloaded the app on my iPad, it is still only the size of my iPhone which is a moot point to me as it is too tiny to navigate. I’d appreciate your thoughts. With kind regards, Pat
When I order shoes I wish that you would ship the shoes to my destination you ship perfume you ship sheets so many other things and yet the shoes you don’t wanna ship the sandals??
I like the “old” app better….now can’t access the scanner while in the store….very annoying :(..
There is no back button after you click on reviews. After I was done reading the reviews on a product I cannot go back to the product. I have to go down and press search all over again.

It will not update, and there is no way to contact developer without updating app. So I can’t use the app without updating. 👏🏽

My macys store card was declined with an on line order. I have a large account credit, so I have no idea why it was declined! On phone customer service was closed and I missed using my discount. Thanks
Macys sees all these reviews and doesn’t fix anything! Pretty bad for such a big company. And they never answer any of the reviews or even attempt to explain why all these really bad things gs are going on it if they will be fixed
