Love puzzle games but this game is something so new, refreshing, and fun! I absolutely loved the fact that you have to interact through the phone. The story itself is creative and unexpected. Cannot wait for a new one to come out!

I loved every second of this book. Unfortunately when I tried to buy the paid version to continue the story, it crashed)iPad mini 4). Now there’s nothing I can do. Really kills the immersion. Also, not storing save states on the cloud is needlessly stupid

Maginary is probably the most fun I’ve ever had reading a book. The story was absolutely captivating, and it did a really good job of getting me attached to the characters! The puzzles were delightful, the music was phenomenal, but most of all… I hope Micheal’s book is a success!

I wish they made more games like this even if I’d have to buy them.

I don’t usually like to read at all especially ones you have to pay for, but this was amazing and I enjoyed every bit of it. I was captivated the whole time and it was 100% worth every penny.

A fun interactive Choose your own adventure book. I’ve only had one issue with it so far and it started today. Inexplicably the story has changed my name to Micheal. 😕 Don’t know why or how, my names nowhere near Micheal and on top of that I don’t see a way to change the protagonists name. 🤔💭 Other then that, I’m really enjoying it and hope for more from this team. Edit: it’s fixed now, weird but Hooray! Five stars!!

The story the puzzles everything this app has to offer is worth it

Maginary was a game like no other, and it’s one of the rare few that touches your heart. Well done developers, and the only thing I wish to say is that I wish it could’ve lasted longer.

I play through this entire thing occasionally and each time it is as magical as the first. I love everything about it.

If you like a good book you’re going to love this app. It takes the joy of reading one step further by putting your actions into the story.

Wow! What an incredible experience! I was scrolling the App Store looking for something unique and I absolutely found it. This interactive storybook was superbly written. The ambience sounds and sound effects along with the visual effects of the written words made for a beautiful setting. I thoroughly enjoyed every page. Highly recommend and hope to see more from this creator!

This should be a movie or something. I’ve been invested since the beginning. Bought this on a whim on rainy night a finally managed to buy the whole game. No spoilers, but if you want a good interactive story, this one is really great (just realized, given the text of the game/book, typing this review might be a bit morbid…).

As much as I love this game- which I do! I love playing it. I find myself unable to play very much do to the pay-to-play functionality. It’s not a problem if you can’t do anything to help but just know that it kinda dampens the experience if you can’t continue due to lack of money. Again love the game 👍

I loved this game٫ it bringed out my imagination and if there could there would be a maginary 2? i know it never may come since (SPOILERS) everyone goes back too there time line. But please try to make it ٫ since i really like reading and maybe For maginary 2٫ (if The reader didnt keep reading about micheal) she/he goes into the book and theres a new reader٫ and if you already had the 1st one The charecter would be the name we chose.I know its never gonna come but its a suggestion .

I with more people took advantage of this side of digital books! I got chills when it described the character coming up behind me, and running in the rain to get to 1000 steps was a memory I won’t forget. Evil but genius and had me laughing, and my family wondering what on earth I was doing. Pardon any errors my page is glitched so I can’t see what I’m typing

I’ll be honest, I was expecting something like a choose your own adventure when I downloaded this. It was NOT that, instead it was more of a puzzle story that seduced me into paying for the full version after just one chapter. The puzzles are fun, the story is original, and the time is ticking to escape from Anzo before Michael (the man you’re helping through the book) becomes not-Michael, to avoid spoilers. This is why people play games, read books, watch movies, etc it’s so creative people can make creative things and it makes life fun. This shouldn’t stop here they should make more. I highly recommend this game for it’s made my day much better after playing. Thank you developers!

I’m drawn to mobile games that are either book-like or use the platform in novel ways. This game does both! It makes you use your actual physical phone to tell the story. Most of the puzzles are eventually easy to figure out and I only struggled on one (the combination lock). This game is really closely tied to Device 6 and Lost Phone for my favorite mobile game and I’m excited to see what else the developer comes up with!

When will you create another one?

This was such a cool book to read, I loved all of the puzzles that I had to figure out with and interact with the book in real life.

that was, quite possibly, the coolest thing i’ve ever been able to do with my phone. extremely innovative, immersive, and SO fun!! i only wish it was longer! god that was cool. highly recommend to everyone

This game is so innovative. You become part of the story and you have to interact with the book. I hope there are more of these.

What a fascinating way to read a book. I bet this will be a new way for people to share stories and read books in The future. I would love a full length book like this. Also children’s books for sure! Pretty cool! Thanks!

I had a good time, they did a good job

That was actually really cool, I didn’t think I’d be that amazed but that was truly an experience

So far loving it! Love that you have to actually do things on your phone like shaking it and brightness! Very clever. But I found some spelling errors 😱

This book was worth it and kept me up all night very entertained.

It’s a good game but it Cost money I can’t pay cause I’m 11 and Wouldn’t dare ask my mom But all in all It’s an amazing game.

I normally don’t rate it review anything on the appstore but I just absolutely love this book so far, the interactions are so fun and clever, so far it’s definitely worth the 5 dollars.

I enjoy story games, especially ones that have a unique story or mechanics to progress. I personally think this hits both of those things I enjoy perfectly. I just think it’s a shame this game has sat on my phone unplayed for so long. Well done!
