It’s so cool

This application is great! It’s clear that the developers have content creators in mind, which I truly appreciate. However, it’s disappointing that in 2025, some of the same issues from 6 or 7 years ago still haven’t been resolved. I’m experiencing the same glitches, crashes, and long wait times sometimes 10 to 15 minutes for videos and pictures to upload. These issues can be fixed. There are many apps out there that don’t have these bugs. I’m hopeful Magisto will take the next step in improving

This app constantly glitches, exits out mid-project, takes forever to upload photos, and overall is just so slow to create anything. Once you get it to work- the results are great

Some of my photos came into the movie upside down. I don’t know why and I did not know how to fix it so I ended up removing them.

This happens to me every other week. I try and upload a video and the app won’t produce claiming that there was an error. Just last week the app was working fine and did not hesitate to produce my video. A couple of weeks ago I was told that my video footage was not recognized. Now I am dealing with the app not wanting to produce my videos at all. I am paying a monthly subscription to use this app. Please fix this glitch!!!

I have been a big fan of Magisto for a few years - never a long term subscriber but used it to make videos of major milestones. I recently subscribed to the service again and it’s awful! So slow, not responsive (especially to lengthening the time on a single photo/video). I’m so disappointed! I’ll have to find a new editing app :(

i totally love this app . I recomend it to every one. . it fun and relaxing and always a surprize when each movie is complete . Yall try it and youll see how much fun it is . I give the highest rating you can give it . I give it a 5 stari love this app ❤️

What happened to all the good music from what I used from 2014?

This app is super easy to use and takes basic photos and creates a professional video. So cool!

Paid subscription has not shown me why it’s worth it versus the free version and uploading is pretty slow but I do like the way it combines my videos. I just wish it had more options and versatility with the paying subscription

I’ve used Magisto to make so many professional looking videos. I even used it to make a touching video montage to play at grandma’s funeral. Love this app. And the best part is it’s easy to customize.

Why did you make so many changes?!?! It went from an easy, simplified app to difficult to edit if you want to change anything! Really guys!!! 😏😔😏😥.

I only make a few videos a year but when I do, I love this app!

The videos turn great, but it’s so cumbersome to get the photos added, a lot of issues with accessing the photos and the app crashes and has a lot of errors!

I’ve had this app for several years, probably close to 10yrs. Paid yearly. In the last year it’s gone down. Glitching. Freezing. Try to edit and you just get a black screen. Try and remove a clip and it leaves it either black or blank with no way to fill it. If it’s not fixed this year, I will be canceling before my renewal. Which would be sad since this was my favorite app for years.

So disappointed …this used to be my favorite app. I’ve had this app forever, pay the yearly subscription. It is impossible to edit or add your own music. Trying to put it on my computer and it won’t let me.

What happened to being able to customize with your own music. Once my go to app…not so much anymore…
