Nice to Have, but…

It’s nice to have the app but sometimes the wait time is long. I’ve been number 1 in line and still had to wait 40-50 minutes to be assigned a taxi. Then, at times you get a taxi and it will say they’ll arrive in 4 minutes but they don’t actually arrive for 15-20 minutes. So it’s nice to have but you have to build in wait times. For airport runs it might be better to hire a private driver.
