MapQuest GPS Navigation & Maps App Reviews

I want a mapping software where I can put in a list of address and be given the most efficient route to travel them. Mapquest on the web does a great job, but the app has 30 second commercials I don’t have time for, and I didn’t see an easily marked “efficient’ option on the app like there is on the website.

Accurate and fast routing for those who need the fastest routing between addresses.

I have enjoyed using this navigation system, it is accurate and functional (as well as giving Apple and Google less information about my life.) I’ve recently switched from an Android to an iPhone, and the Apple rendering of your app is terrible! The script on the top and bottom of the screen Is so tiny it’s almost a hazard to try to read while the content while driving. Is this an attempt for Apple to sway their users into their navigation system, I wonder? Is there anything you can do about

I live in a very rural area . Mapquest is much more accurate than Google maps for rural areas. Mapquest is just easier!

MapQuest is so easy to understand and instead of giving you only the option that it wants you to take it gives you three different options. I go out of my way to always use MapQuest.

Have used this app for a long time and it’s very reliable

My old address, which was listed on the app, needed to be changed. As a Baby Boomer, my computer/cell phone knowledge doesn’t extend much beyond turning the phone on and off. I was happy to see the HELP option on the Mapquest site so I gave it a try. A couple days later, I received a detailed reply that I was able to understand! Now my new address is listed and Mapquest continues to be my #1 app for traveling!

This app for maps is one of the best around. It is easy to use and has many valuable features. I use it very frequently.

I have used this app and loved it but for some reason I have lost sound and don’t know how to fix it.

Great tool for planning a trip-I consider it essential

I’ve been using MapQuest for over a decade, closer to two (before apps were around lol). I’ve used MapQuest for drives around the city and as far as 2550 miles away! I really love how easy it is to change my starting location (for some reason every other app assumes we want to start right where we are now). I’ll always use MapQuest as long as they’re around!

Easy to use, easy to clear but sometimes gives a route that causes you to double back. Cannot enter 2 locations, neither current location.

I used Google maps for the longest time and as a directionally challenged person, I was frequently incredibly frustrated and always lost. Then I discovered that mapquest had an app and I was so excited. It's still the absolute best navigation system out there. I loathe freeways and I love that there is an option to avoid them. Driving is fun again and I have stopped being late everywhere. Thank the gods for Mapquest.

Very helpful in planning travel times in areas away from one’s own home.

I’d suggest an easier way to save a route map

Used to be one of the best map apps available. The recent addition of ads means I will solely use Apple Maps from now on.

I love the app! However, something happened that makes it useless for me. The speed limit sign has disappeared. Replaced with a banner ad at the bottom of the screen. ???????

This use to be my favorite app until they added the ads to it. I’m a truck driver and use this app for work and personal…..but looking for another navigation app now that Mapquest has all the ads. Very disappointed now.

A glitchy mess that constantly requires me to re-enter my entire route. I contacted their customer support, and they literally told me that my phone does not exist. So I sent him the link to APPLE's website showing him the phone, and he quit communicating with me. Whether or not the audio guidance will work is anybody's guess. On the bright side, it is the only multi-stop planner I know that gives you the arrival time to the last destination, and this is the only reason I still continue to us

What you would expect from an open source software.

Route numbers to small to read. Deleted app.

Don’t seem to be able to deleate locations researched.

My cardiologist moved to a new building and the app sent me past it to a different location about two blocks away. I was late to my appointment.
