Marathon on st Joe is awesome! Great service. Everyone knows my name and always greets me with a smile, remembers what we have talked about previously- even after over a week! Gina even put suntan lotion on my back once as I told her I was headed to lake and was worried about burning. Great crew!

Will save you money and with the high gas prices I don’t know why everyone wouldn’t use it!

Love how …Just by signing up for rewards…you actually earn points for free money per gallon off at the pump

Applying rewards cash for discounts has worked well. There’s no description in many of the transaction details. It just says points change or transaction. Locator doesn’t show if stations participate or not. Overall it’s pretty good, but requires more attention than simple, fixed X¢ off per visit programs off by competitors.

I received.25 per gallon by buying gas at Marathon and the Station I use is rated to tier so I prefer the gas station by my home

Your website and rewards are confusing to me. The offers that are in the app I can’t figure out how to apply. Can’t even figure out how to send this!

Cheapest and quality gas in a town

The last time I tried to get gas I entered all my info and after llike 35 cents worth of gas - the pump shut down. It did it twice. So I was charged a 35 cent fee each time it got like no gas. I even went to a second pump the second time.

So right after I fill up with $.10 cents off per gallon I get an email with $.20 cents off per gallon o my good for today. A bit of a scam I feel.

Once I downloaded the app, it didn’t work at the pump right away. The first couple tries failed. Over a week later (maybe the system needed to update) my account registered at the pump and I I successfully filled my first tank with it. If it continues to work, it will be a great app.

The map function is hard to use due to the map refreshing constantly. Also should have a function that list the stores. Finally, when you click on store and the prices come up, the order of the type of gas should be the same with each store.

Saves me a few bucks every time

The cashier was very helpful with the app. I’ve asked other cashier at the Lake Orion gas station on 24 & they stated they don’t know how to use the app.

I appreciate the opportunity to purchase quality gasoline at a lower price. I’ve not had any difficulty with Marathon and plan to continue using it for all of my vehicles are a daily basis. Thank you.

This is the best gas station I’ve been to since I worked at the Enco on Parkside in 1974 Glen Ellyn. It was owned by Ed and Kathy Melka. Me and my girlfriend Patty Lang were called the Parkside Petites. We loved working there, learning about cars, doing oil changes, tire changes and of course serving our customers with a smile and good service! Thank you Ed Melka💕

I like that my neighborhood gas station is a marathon and owned by somebody. For me that’s an important fact. What I do find frustrating about this rewards program is most of the monthly ones that you pick are are not something I’m gonna ever be able to get I get that bigger pay off also it’s I just don’t use it enough I, get my rewards and sometimes I use it and sometimes I don’t. I’d like to see something separate for senior citizens. We don’t put tons of miles on our car even when we live out

Getting better once you started to understand how it works but there is no instructions at the credit card terminal or at the store counter & they/the employees also don’t know how. So B4 you pay by credit cards You need to touch the loyalty id/tel. # on the credit card terminal screen. After u done inserting your phone number then click i’m done then pay.

App won’t let me select the rewards options or do anything at all. I can’t complete my profile because app is buggy. please fix

I purchased a full tank of gas and received money back, how great is that? Super. I did ask for a receipt, but the pump would give one, so like other things, I just let it go.

I can never get the pay at pump to work and the food they sell fried chicken never can get what you want you either take what they have.I have ask for fresh chicken because there’s only one thigh in the pan dried out the man said he wasn’t cooking anymore the lady in front of me wanted 6 -2 piece dark meat and she had to leave with nothing as I did.it always looks unclean where they cook.including employees.just thought you would like to know.not a one time ordeal.many times I have had this prob

Yeah, not nearly as good as the other rewards program. Miss that one.
