Only regular season games. Lots of emails about playoffs but no games

Thank you for the Cubs games on Christmas Day and not having to listen to Jon Sciambi again. That definitely would not have been enjoyable. Please put Pat and Ron on TV and get rid of Sciambi.

This app frequently loses the feed during games or the app stalls. I have to close it and reset it for the video feed to start back up. It’s very frustrating since this is $20/month.

Just timed it. The game on the app on my phone is 9 minutes, 39 seconds ahead of the game on my AppleTV. The app was the one that got me off cable TV. For the price, though, I’d like to see the game in as close to real time as possible.

Works fine with Firestick except it always turns the closed caption on. When I transfer from iPhone to Smart TV it will work with a live program but if I try to watch one of the other optional programs it will start it, play for approximately three seconds and then freeze. I expected a better performance for $20 a month. Sure hope to see an update fixing these issues soon. Thank you!

Why so many commercials?????

I have DCT but can not connect to my Apple TV. It doesn’t even recognize it, what can I do?

The app is nice when it lets me sign in and it works. Supposedly the last update fixed this problem for people trying to sign in through their tv provider. It’s still not working the majority of the time for me

App is so difficult to work with. Randomly kicks me out. Have to turn Iphone off and on several times to get it to work

Let me turn off the podcast notifications PLEASE!!! There is no option. Please stop haunting me and reminding me that the ricketts are greedy mongrels

I really wish it would play in background using picture in picture. YouTube tv app does this perfectly where I can continue watching while I'm in other apps. Right now if I go to respond to a message the video just stops.

I haven’t been able to watch the Cubs in years because of blackout rules. I was excited for the streaming option despite the high cost. I have Apple tv’s. Every time I try to turn a game on, it won’t work. I have to delete the app, then re-install the app, then sign back in. Also it doesn’t function like every other app. You have to close out the entire program to get back to the Home Screen. Far inferior usability compared to every other streaming platform I have seen.

We are paying good money for this subscription, please allow us to record games so we can watch them later if we’re busy, if we pause the game there should be a “10 seconds forward button” instead of just a “live” button, and also allow us to pause a game and not have the pause expire after 10 minutes. Please make those changes so all of us who pay good money and are Cubs fans have a better experience!

Marquee has to get their service figured out. Charge a premium for the service but interruptions and gaps in service are very noticeable compared to other streaming services. Quite the monopoly they have going. Expect this quality from a lower premium service but not expected based on the price. Most likely will not be a long term customer.

AppleTV airplay does not consistently work in this app. The app laughably does not support open standards such as chrome cast.

I love being able to watch my Cubbies now. However, if you airplay to your tv you CANNOT lock your iPhone Otherwhise the game stops playing. You either need to make sure your phone does not lock, or have an additional app open that will keep your phone on and running. Definitely annoying and battery draining. Update: still an ongoing issue even in the new season. Almost makes it unwatchable on my TV. You cannot lock your still. Which is ridiculous
