Could not for the life of me get the sound to work. I want to hear it soo bad

Must add a fast forward and rewind for the routines. When you’re trying to memorize a routine and check your knowledge you don’t want to wait for each vide to play. The videos are a really nice touch to help the beginner see how things can be done.

Wish I could favorite certain techniques, as sort of a bookmark! Otherwise love the app!

I have the Muscle Trigger Points app which is profession and informative. This app also doesn't disappoint. Tons of techniques! If I had one complaint it would be that I wish the videos had sound, but I am sure that was a memory compromise. Bravo!

I haven't watched many of the videos yet. But I was irked that in the very first one the therapist was wearing a ring! Yikes. Really unprofessional.

Gives you the routines and well as tips to target a specific area of the body. Highly recommended!!

I have been using is app for a number of years. It is great to show individuals where their potential problem may be. It is great to show an individual what to expect when working a specific area. This is a great program to get started with.

The price is not just right. It is also awesome. I am currently working towards earning a Massage Therapy certification and decided to add some digital resources. This app is a must!
