10 out of 10. I don’t know about angels but it’s fear that gives men wings.

I miss playing Max Payne on the ps2 I don’t have one anymore. But until I saw Max Payne mobile I was excited!! I was kinda disappointed when there’s no crouching button but it was alright I still have fun!

Rockstar games ports to mobile have never been fantastic, but in reality that isn’t really their fault. Coming from console to mobile, of course the controls and the look of the games aren’t going to be on par with their console counterparts. But max Payne’s mobile port isn’t half bad. It feels, in some ways, slightly more fluent than the ps4 port. In some ways it really does feel more gratifying to pull off cool stuff on mobile than console, but then again that could be due to mobile being hard

Playing on ipad, no complaints.

This game’s storyline was gripping and raw. I had actually never played it on a computer before. It was a lot of fun.

i remember my older brother having this game on his phone and i didnt know how to play, and there was this level where you were in some type of courtyard in the city i could never get past, so much nostalgia

It’s a good game, it brings back the good old days of the early 2000s.

So cool to enjoy this early 2000s classic I remember playing this with a good friend when it first came out and the game runs smooth on my phone as it did back then on ps2.

Ya says there is full screen support for iPhoneX in description. Well this is totally false and the game is completely letterboxed. :Updated Review: Ok so this game is full screen on iPhoneX if the display zoom setting is off in ios display options. Not sure why this affects certain apps and not others, this should totally be handled on the ios end not the programs end.

Bring other Max Payne games to IPhone

Genuinely the best mobile game I’ve ever played.

The game runs well, no audio issues encountered. No bugs. And also a big plus on the language options. :-)

Great game and this is a fantastic way to play this game anytime. I do have two gripes. First and most important, I wish this had Bluetooth controller support. Controller support would make this nearly perfect. Second and very minor, there are some assets that weren’t changed to support widescreen. Like when looking through a security camera, the overlay to convey the camera view and monitor you’re looking falls short so the sides don’t have an overlay. Never played the original because I didn’t exist when it came out but I played 3 on steam and saw this was on mobile this is good port

This is 100% for me

I love old games this is my favorite rockstar game and when I heard it came to mobile I got for only $2.99 which is cheap for a old game and as soon as I opened it nothing bad happens with the app no glitches no crashes no nothing the controls are great they feel like a PS2 I feel everyone should play this and I’m playing on iPhone 6s absolutely recommend everyone to play it

It’s fantastic except for the fact that there is not audio, non during game play or cutscenes. Plz fix

Ok the port was good but no ragdolls???? Bruh I think you need to add the port the game that is called max Payne 2 the fall of max Payne like seriously you have to add the port of the sequel like bro. I have to give this a 3 stars because how lack of a no ragdoll can be.

This is what I remember. The controller support with Dualshock 4 seems pretty good too.

I’ve been an avid max payne fan for more than 10 years, this is a hall of fame type game in gaming and this mobile port is real good.

It’s a awesome game and it has a great storyline and everything like that the mechanics are very good.the game is very good and I was surprised with it. I recommend it a lot. For people that think it is open world it is not I is a story based game and it is still fun I enjoy to go back and do cool kills. You can dive and shoot your enemy’s and it’s awesome. I do wish there was more blood because I want to make gruesome deaths.

Played this when I was little, this game will always be a classic treasure thanks for bringing it to the phone Much Love Rockstar!!! 🤘🎸

Sadly I wasn’t alive play it on console so I don’t know about the button layout, but I am so glad I played this. Thank you Rockstar Games for releasing this. Have fun everyone!!!

I played the game with both controller and used the touch screen and had almost 0 problems. Loved the game.

Still waiting to see if they put Max Payne 2 on here would be awesome.

This game is great, great voice acting, amazing story telling, the graphics, while not improved, still looks like any port. I recommend this game to any one who really likes shooters or storytelling.

This is a great game I’m just looking for the sequel to finish off the story in my opinion 1&2 are the main games for the story

I purchased the rockstar collection just to have it years ago and now in 2021 I’m playing Max Payne. I never knew this game was so epically ahead of its time every way.

I loved this game on PS2 and a big part of it was the music. I can get no sound out of this game on here after trying every option I’ve read about online.

When I do the slow motion jumps I can’t aim at the head it auto aims for the body and I die

I like the Touch controls and good game
