Best in Class

I think I can do most of this in Affinity - but no lesser application can touch it. Intuitive, powerful, and a very good value at the price. I’ll admit I had hoped for more from the layer portion of the app, wanting to be able to use it for double-exposure stuff - but I’m not criticizing! Not at this price and with all the things this app does so well. I’m a big fan of this developer, Focos and Focos Live. I would love to see an app from this developer that allows multi-layer overlays. If anyo

Great app

I love the app but was wondering if you could add an option to be able to adjust a selection of the photo instead of the whole photo?

Powerful, handy, versatile...

When I need quick color & value correction on my iPhone & iPad, this is my go-to. Curves are extremely powerful & flexible editing paradigms, and they're implemented really well here. Plus, this app's inclusion of (basic) non-curve HDR, grain, sharpness, layering, etc really rounds it out. While curves can also get tricky when you micromanage them with lots of points, MaxCurve's undo history, presets, (and the actual curves interface) keeps it easy to manage and re-think your edits on the fl

Very good app

I like this a lot

Five years, no update or bug fix.

The extensibility shortcut (to use MacCurve via Photos app) has been made very difficult to use due to a bug that causes the lower third of the interface to be cut off and inaccessible on all iPhone screen sizes. This also causes filter masks to appear misaligned. The only way I can access the rest of the interface is by going into the MaxCurve app itself, which has a much les user-friendly interface for opening, editing, and saving modifications to photos.

Sleeper

I’ve had MaxCurve on my iPhone for quite some time but didn’t use it. Noticed that the native phone editor can link to Max. Gave it a try and was blown away by the functionality of Max. I’ve been a diehard Snapseed user for my editing, mobile as well as my Sony. To my surprise MAX allows me to edit well beyond what I’ve been doing. Outstanding App!!

A Technical Photography Tool!

MaxCurve is amazing app, it offers a rich set of features, if only it could be kept up to date with trends. The robust set of editing capabilities are now lagging behind with no options for local masking or defining own mask areas, amongst many others. I’ve loved it for some of my edits when I needed some finesse on color optimization. I hope the developer can take time to bring it up to date… including UI updates and support for some of the new camera APIs.

I don’t write reviews but this is a good app

It’s no desktop editing software, but in terms of a quick mobile edit, this is BY FAR the best color grading app I’ve encountered.

This is incredible

I just wish one or two UI things were different but i absolutely love the simplicity and the powerful features. :) Thank you

Poor functionality

This app used to be great, possibly since an update they make it hard to save photos back to IPhoto, edited, photos, disappearing? Looking for a replacement app…
