App is fine, not great
App is fine, not great. One would seem you could direct msg with your doctor on an upcoming appointment, but you can’t. Called 3 times and asked for lab order for outside lab, so I can get done before apt. I can’t msg them via the app and the requests via phone do not get fulfilled. This is a Mayo Clinic issue #1, and foremost, and an app issue #2 since I can msg them. Also, it’s not easy to find where this would be uploaded into the app, once or if ever uploaded.

Other Medical facilities should go with your model...they are far behind.
Cannot schedule appt.
I love using the Mayo Clinic App except I cannot ever seem to be able to schedule an appointment on the app. Not even when I get a notification to schedule an appointment. Then, when I’m on hold to talk to a scheduler, I do a slow burn as the recording suggests that I can use the online app to schedule my appointment. Please fix this, you are The Mayo Clinic!

The doctors and staff are always professional. They listen and find the right type of care.
Very pleased with the care that I have been given.
No group chats
I’m trying to include my parents in group chat when I needed to email to doctors that my parents always need to be included, but there is no group chat with doctors AND parents at one time. It’s getting harder to figure out how to communicate with parents AND doctors on group chats. That’s why it made me feel bad for not having my parents to be included because I knew I needed to share on Mayo Clinic App. It needs to be similar to Google Email App that needs to allow me to send messages to both

Always locks
It’s a nice way to see your information quickly. But if you don’t log out after every session, you have to delete the app and reinstall it.
Garbage
Im at mayo in the gonda building on mayo wifi and the app still doesn't work.
Messages
The messages don’t work on the new update. I have to use my laptop to see them
Totally dissatisfied
I am spending a large amount of money for Medicare part B in order to have tests done at Mayo. I am paying a lot of money for this. So far Mayo has declined 2 of the 3 tests my Dr ordered. I was told I would receive a letter explaining why these tests were declined. I have called 5 times asking why I haven’t received an explanation for a test declined in Dec 2023 and the other test declined Jan 2024! I worked at Mayo for almost 31 years and can’t believe the lack of service I have receive
App support is terrible
Once the session times out, the app goes into a loop and does not move forward. There is no way to log in unless you delete the app. Faced this problem everyday for last 4-5 days.
