I have this app with iOS devices. It has trouble connecting via wifi, but is generally good once the connection is made. I also paid for this app on an android DAP, it connects well with the streamer.But it fails to correctly index hi-res AIFF and WAV files. When I loaded FLAC files, they were correctly indexed, but absolutely ruined with spitting and screeching noise. Other apps sharing the same files do not corrupt the files. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The app doesn’t require an expensive subscription and does the job of controlling streams from my NAS to my Chord 2Go2Yu. I don’t know why the developers constantly “update” the app when it usually works fine. I’m afraid to update sometimes because it actually creates a bug. The developers should be more specific with their update notes instead.

Ok player that is at least better than the Arcam music life crapp. Only problem is it only plays one song and doesn’t play the next song in queue without being prompted to press the play button for EVERY song.

Switched to this app from HK’s MusicLife and have been so pleased. The browser works great with MinimServer. The app switches cleanly between my multiple RPI renderers. Plus I get Pause/Resume, device-level volume control, and gapless playback! My thanks to the developer for this fine implementation of a uPNP/DLNA control point app.

Using the app to stream from Qobuz to a Bose 500. A lot of good things but 2 huge drawbacks : 1) when going to the next track the sound is at zero... 2) the Qobuz quality settings are not stored; always revert to mp3 ; boring

This has been the best app for streaming Qobuz and tidal to my Denon AVR again. My model is right before they started shipping with HEOS. I can buy the HEOS box for $300 but all it does is exactly what mconnect does upnp stream. Thank you mconnect Devs for making my life easy again. The old Denon apps don’t even work anymore. Works perfectly

Glad mConnect regularly updates this app and listens to reviews. They fixed how tracks are added to the playing queue. The app works well with my Chord 2Yu streamer. It allows for bit perfect and lossless playback. At this point, I don’t see any need to make changes to the app because it accomplishes the simple task of allowing users to play music from NAS to renderer.

The newest version of the app allows users to see cover art when browsing via folders. When a folder include a jpg file named “cover,” the cover art will appear in folder view. I’m glad Convers fixed the bug. I hope they do the same for the mControl HD app. I use the Convers apps to control various renderers and they work well. I appreciate their continued updates.

I use this app with ifi idsd to stream Tidal. Works as advertised. Had to downlload both versions in order to switch from portrait to landscape. Only wish that I could split screen on my ipad which is what I mainly use as my control device. I great experience no the less.

Have several instances of my SD-9 Transport to "Play To" and the scrub line does not work at all in the player. Running 17.5.1 iOS. PLEASE return to the precious version while you update this one.

I have Qobuz and usually use Roon, but am using a newer device that is not Roon certified. I had heard good things from MConnect, but I have been using it recently, but I search for a track or artist on Qobuz, and it keeps crashing. Hate paying for apps that don’t work.

It was able to connect to my server (plex) and endpoint (ifi streamer) without a huge amount of config needed. But its almost impossible to use other than hitting play on a playlist. The UI is archaic and it freezes for 30 seconds whenever you make a selection. Crazy that this is a paid app in 2026, it would be mediocre if it was 2001
