I’ve used the MEATER quite a few times now and I get great results every time.

It’s great. Accurate, convenient, able to see your cook from anywhere by sending a link.

Absolutely the best thermometer I’ve used for cooking on my Traeger. From steaks, to pork shoulder, to pork tenderloin, to London broil, to whole chicken….it’s never let me down on cooking my meats to the right temperature. So easy to use and it’s wireless. Definitely recommend!

I was cooking a brisket and the estimated cook time was all over the place, not dependable.

The app is easy to set up. It walks you through the setup with both text and graphics. And most importantly, greatly increases the chances of a great cook. Have used it for steak and brisket. Highly recommended.

Always perfect cooks. I actually broke one using it to hot. Originally they believed it was the block and I bought a new one because I was out of warranty. When I got the block it was found the probe was the issue. They credited me the block and sent me a probe. Great customer service!!!

This thermometer never lies. Awesome tool!!

Update: MEATER responded to my original review and explained how to get Ambient alerts. I have validated and I’m quite happy, did my 3rd cook and I’m a fan! Original: First cook with the Meater Block. I bought it for the rotisserie, because wired have a hard time with that. Everything is decent, however there are no settings or alerts for ambient temperature monitoring. I like to make sure I stay in an ambient temperature range without having to watch the grill. Please Meater, ambient temperatur

The bottom line is MEATER delivers success every time. Its science gives you back hosting time because it eliminates the worry that your meal won’t turn out perfectly cooked.

It would have been better to have the two probes but chicken breasts turned out just the way I wanted. Had a small breast so I used it on that one first when it was done I pulled it out and put it in the other breast. Wound up with 2 breasts cooked perfectly.

MEATER makes it simple to get the perfect cook every time. Whatever meat I cook turns out great. Everyone should get a MEATER no matter whether you cooking in the oven, frying, braising, grilling or smoking.

Older versions had trouble staying connected and could not estimate the time to cook. This has been FIXED! Good tool became a great tool/

The Meater does a fabulous job of personalizing every cut of meat, fish, and poultry you cook to ensure it comes out perfect. I enjoy it so much I bought them for family and friends. I can’t recommended it enough.

I enjoy using this app with my device. It provides the recommended temps for the various levels of doneness and tells you when to take food off the grill. It even allows for the time recommended for resting the meat prior to eating. I've used the app for smoking and grilling. As I said, it doesn't require a lot of thinking to use, it's a no brainer apparatus!

The range on the MEATER probe and app are horrible. I’m 5 feet away from the probe and the app says I need to get to closer.

Works great! Very pleased.

I love my “MEATER” and the app works great too. I use it now for everything…. Smoking…baking… grilling, etc. cool is perfect every time.
