Medisafe Medication Management App Reviews

This used to be free to use but now needs a subscription. Other downsides include that the Ui is not that intuitive, especially going back to do a dose that is say weekly but you took on a diffeeent day.

It’s rare that I do reviews! But as someone who is a walking pharmacy, it’s been hard to find a decent medication reminder app. This has everything I’ve ever wanted and more! No ads, the ability to pause a pill’s reminders temporarily, you being able to choose when you want to be reminded when to refill, repeated reminders, drug interaction checkers… the list goes on and on, but those are just some of my favorites!

My pills increased after being in the hospital. I couldn’t keep up with all the different times I had to take them. This app is wonderful. Easy to use and setup. A lifesaver for me.

I’m about ready to uninstall this app. It has so much bloat of unnecessary stuff. And lately, every time I open it, it is on a tab with stuff about HIV meds which I don’t take, and not my pill box. I already switched my partner to a different, simple app. I wanted to keep mine on this so I could identify the different ring tones. There is only one thing this app does slightly better, and that is rescheduling a whole group of meds. I asked the dev of the other app if he could add that to

This is an excellent app for listing, reminding and checking meds. The problem is that is doesn’t like to scroll. It often gets “stuck.” Also, opening an article just leads to the app going back to the main article page. It’s very frustrating. Closing and reopening the app helps with the scrolling problem, but only for that one time. Please take a look at this and try to fix it (or explain to me what to do.)

Really love this app. It is literally exactly what I needed, the utility is amazing and does exactly what I needed to do. The functionality is amazing and the interface is beautiful. I am truly grateful for the developer. Like how endlessly generous is it that the app is free. It is truly life-saving.

A real nice app with easy set up and very easy to edit as well. I wish more functional apps were this easy and effective.

I start using the application lately and is very good it help me with my medications

I have to record “when”, how “much” and “what” for 15+ different medication’s for my mother and this is a huge relief for that process! Plus there’s like a diary and medication reminders and rescheduling and sharing for me to be able to show the doctor, it’s wonderful, huge life changer.

The one and only. I tried others and this is by far the best. Repeating (even annoying) notifications so you don’t forget your meds? Check! No dumb subscription system or pay lock to take care of your health? Check! Very wide database? Check! I’ve been using this app for years. My only gripe is the default notification sound which got on my nerves but they had other options, even voiced ones.

Looking for a free app to track medications with, and also to track IF i’ve taken the med. Everything seems fine, most reviews are good. I go to create an account and couldn’t get further than putting my birthday in. Yes, I’m over 18. It would let me go to the next page but no further. For a split second a loading signal would pop up, but then it wouldn’t do anything. hard to give a fair rating when i’m unable to access the app to begin with.

This app was wonderful until it wasn’t. Now it won’t let me add my new medication—it’s all “Try again later” and “Contact Support.” But there is no way TO contact support; selecting that button just takes me back to the main screen. I’ve got years of history in this app and now it’s useless to me. And my mom has been having the same problem since last 2025.
